In need of a patch creator to help me out with a patch?

I've been wanting to create a motorcycle club online with a friends for a while now but I've not been able to find anywhere to make a patch? I'd be thankful if anyone could help me out!

 

Top Rocker says - The Natives

Bottom Rocker - Grand Senora

 

MC and 1% on either side of the patch.

 

Rockers white and curved, with black font (freakshow style font)

 

and could one of these be made as the middle patch? (whichever one works best)
