Rhino Hunt event week starting tomorrow

Rockstar is like that guy who makes cookies of very exotic flavor that no one wants to eat, but has a way too big of an ego to lay the plate of f*cking ginger-broccoli cookies. At first, it's sorta funny, but it gets annoying real fast.

 

We don't want your hipster cookies, R*. Lay down the Adversery Mode plate, we beg of you.

I've gotta say tho, some of the driving adversary modes were pretty good.

 

Examples? Never really paid much attention to adversary modes but I might try some if I can drive.

In a weird way GTA was more fair back then, in my opinion.

 

I mean, now if you really want to get back at someone who tortured you, you have to be able to use jets, or it's not happening.

 

Back then, non jet players had a vehicle to turn themselves into terrifying machines of destruction.

 

And there were the old battles of tanks versus jets. Now jets just come out on top over everything though.

Offense Defense is the best one, hunting pack is fun too. Keep the pace isn't bad - much better than user created obstacle races, for sure.

Hasta la Vista is one the funniest ones for sure. Slasher is freaking spooky, but that mode could have been done much better of all if the maps were as dark as Slasher IV, the Humane Labs. That one is sooo nerve racking.

Really hoping for some cars for Benny's and those colored jackets from the drop zone update that were never used. They wouldn't make sense in this mode. Maybe Rockstar will surprise us tomorrow. Why introduce an AM with no content? Just the gamemode isn't good enough for most if not all players. Besides, the 900R and RS came with drop zone, and both Roosevelts and clothes came with the BMV update which contained Til Death do Us Part. I doubt Rockstar would just introduce a new AM just for the game mode alone, but then again they did that with the horrible Running Back AM. We'll see tomorrow morning.

We likely won't because everything needed for Rhino Hunt already exists in the games files. They don't need to add anything new to the game to add it. Remember, Running Back was "added" last November without an update. Guess we'll find out tomorrow/tonight.

On topic, this seems pretty unbalanced - what's a dune buggy going to do to a tank? It'll be very one sided I think.

 

Quinn_flower's right - people will play this for a day to get whatever 2X money/rp's in it; then they'll get back to killing in free mode.

We likely won't because everything needed for Rhino Hunt already exists in the games files. They don't need to add anything new to the game to add it. Remember, Running Back was "added" last November without an update. Guess we'll find out tomorrow/tonight. Did you bother reading my reply to ShadowOp? The 900R and RS were not found in the Drop Zone files either, so you can't certainly say that there won't be any cars for Benny's.
