Would anyone like to help me to do the hiests as no one wont help ill split the earnings evenly.

The goods news is there are plenty of people who are willing to help and are also looking for help themselves, what's better is you can find them all right on this very forum! (in the Find Lobbies and Players section. :))

Just do the double contact missions and do heists tomorrow/later. Chances are more people join your heists when the double event is over. Common sense man
