Please help ENB Problems!

I have completely mastered installing any mod including ENB + Reshade via GTA V but I've tried countless times following every instruction to the T for GTA IV & every single time it crashes, this has became very frustrating & I have decided to come here to ask if anyone could please help out maybe join up on teamspeak & help via Teamviewer or something I want GTA 4 to look amazing sense I just got a GTX 970! Please help thanks - Ryan
