Where are peds' health and armour defined?

I'm trying to edit the health and armour of certain kind peds. For example give marine peds more health and armour, But I having trouble finding the right files to edit.

 

The only related file I have found so far, is a file named "pedhealth.meta" inside common.rpf. This file defines several ped categories, each with different health and armour settings. However, I cannot find out how/where these categories are referenced by the peds. Any ideas?
