Need help with my gta

Hello guys, i have a issue with my gta, it is not working, not even if i reinstall it. 2 months ago i had a working GTA, but strangely it stopped working, i had a lot of good skins and vehicles, but now i tried to reinstall it and tried to play, now if i select a team or skin, the following message appears:
"Warning!: Model X wouldnt load in time"
This message appears in every single skin in samp if i add an asi loader or a new cleo folder, and i cant use any asi files nor cleos because of that message appearing and making my gta act retarded, what should i do? i have tried the DEP thing on my PC, reinstalling, using clean gta, using only skins, what should i do? I really miss my asi files and my gta v hud
