How do I obtain/get the Karin Rebel with a machine gun on the back?

It's a heist vehicle, it unlocks after you complete Series A.

It's a Pegasus vehicle and it costs a little under a mill.

The easiest way to get it is to spin around 360 degrees on top of the Maze bank tower whilst on foot. Then wink at your controller - not once, not twice, but thrice. Double tap triangle or Y then shoot a shotgun round at a cloud.

 

The Technical should now spawn on the ground.
