Crash start PROBLEM

Hello, I have a problem with Dyoma , GTA I normally fires , turn on the creation of missions , loads , I am standing in the middle of Grove Street,
but when fires start, and have crash , I installed the patch 1.0 and nothing library Cleo installed to a folder with the game correctly dyom also threw in the papers , I might add that the game works ... I have windows 7. Please help!
