Sultan RS Bumper Unlocks Not Unlocking?

I've searched everywhere for solutions to unlock problems but they all seem to relate to Crew Ranks rather than the player's own rank.

 

So I've been grinding the x2 $ and Exp Missions this week so I can level up and unlock a bunch of stuff.

 

I really wanted to unlock some of the cool higher-tier front bumpers for my Sultan RS at Benny's, which all unlock at Rank 73. So I just got rank 73, go into Benny's and they're still locked, I scroll to them and it says "Unlocks at Rank 73". I leave the shop to double check my rank - definitely 73 - I go back in and it is still locked, so I attempt to buy a new bumper anyway and it says it is "unavailable".

 

I don't know what to do, the game basically doesn't recognise that I've ranked up. Anyone got any way of fixing this?
