I like the idea of a custom playlist from songs on the radio.

What would be the legal implications (if any) of doing a custom playlist of your own personal music copied to your console?

You could play them in your house, you car, or own your phone.

Another wishlist item:

Get the damned scale right.

For aircraft, mainly helicopters. I've sat in a MD-500 IRL (the Buzzard). As well as a Huey UH-1E, JetRanger and a EC-120. and a Blackhawk.

And for airports. The runways are too short ( and sometimes too narrow) and too close to taxiways. Just use a airport diagram or aerial photo as a basis of the layout. And simplify the buildings and details. But please get them right. As someone who studied to be a pilot years ago. The screwed up details really piss me off. Google Maps and Wikipedia are your friend.

The lanes on the roads and freeways are too wide.

And get some realistic and much better floorplans for apartments, houses and other properties. And if the penthouse has a balcony. I'd better be able to use it.

More AI for your npc partners - Like that cool feauture in Saints row 2 - when you and your gang going to mission, and there is no seats in car for all - your remained gang members just rob another npc car and follows you (and saits row is from 2008)

So you're saying you want it to take place in San Francisco?

I want realistic physics and effects for vehicle and aircraft crashes. Including fuel spills that burn and persist. And lots of smoke.

And if somebody flying an aircraft flies it into the ground I want to see a flaming smoking hole in the ground with lots of smashed parts and debris all around. Not a wreck that breaks into four or five pieces and turns black.

Train will stop if you block the tracks.

Wrong. Train will NOT stop. But will instead smash into you and obliterate your vehicle into a cloud of flaming pieces that roll down the track.

Thought of this the other day and it's probably been mentioned by someone before here on the forum.

If there are multiple protagonists, I would like to see them as enemies rather than friends and grouping up.

Say there is two protagonists. One works for one crime family or whatever and the other works for another.

I take a look back at the diamonds story from GTA IV and think it's brilliant.  Niko, Luis and Johnny. All three of these characters had there own problems they were going through as well as helping there friends. They cross paths with each other sometime in the story line and then they get tied up in there bosses and the people they are doing jobs for wanting the diamonds and it becomes a blood bath.

I feel like maybe R* can do something like this but make in more in depth?

I hope that the protagonist of GTAVI turns out to be a Boss, and gets chauffeured around in a 7 seat, armor upgraded SUV surrounded by a six pack of NPCs armed with matching custom engraved M4 Pistols, body armor and matching outfits. The NPCs work together with the protagonist on missions and escort during freeroam.

No, there is rats everywhere you know...

Also most of these details I cited are from GTA IV, GTA V and RDR2, the train stopping is from RDR2, you can actually make it stop If you block the railway. It would be cool to have that feature in GTA VI

Pot smoking. Like pulling a blunt or joint out of your pocket and smoking it anywhere you want, not just in home like franklin in gta v.

And the effect needs to last much longer. Would be lots of fun. Maybe give random bad high sometimes so the protagonist your playing as gets really paranoid and skittish looking. lol and hearing hes thoughts like in gta v but make it much better, being high in real life looks nothing like the "high filter" of gta v.

More depth similar to RDR2. Especially with bonding between gang members. It'd be cool to see the RDR2 gang system, where your gang is in one place and you can hang out with them adapted for GTA. GTAV did well with the ability to call fellow gangmembers, but It'd be cool if they were occupying a physical space, and in an actual locations similar to RDR2, like a safehouse where fellow gang members may be.

There is so much features from past past games that could be implemented in GTA VI, here are a few ones to name a few :

I would like more realistic car modifications; actual engine tunes rather than "upgrade 1, 2" and so on.

Also the ability to purchase police vehicles and customise civilian cars to have police liveries, sirens, beacons, light bars and ram bars. I'd also like a hyper-realistic mode, which you can opt in or out of when you load up Online. In my eyes, this would include the ability to fill up for gas, being fined for minor traffic violations and open carrying (if illegal in-character/in-game).

I think money should be VERY hard to come by. There should be BIG consequences for crime. Implement the bounty system from Red Dead and the Honor/Fame system. Takes it to another level.

It would be nice to take something from GTA5 multiplayer to the GTA6 version.

We all pack up our stuff when moving on.

So unlike arriving in the new City will shall call home, we won't have to start from scratch. like we did in GTA5O.

It would be cool to arrive off a cargo ship with our favorite and cherished possessions to get us started and set up a new home.

The Made Man

If the Project Americas is true and this is based partially in Rio, Brazil then this is my wishlist specifically for Brazil.

  1. Have a gang version of the Red Command. They are said to be among the biggest gang in Brazil and have been in Brazil since the 70s. They not only go to far against the police but even the military. They are more like a military force than a gang and they are big in drug trafficking. We need to see them in the game or else R is not doing a Brazilian setting any justice.
  2. They game must not only include the fevelas but the fevelas have not to be terrifying. The player has got to be terrified to walk into them. The deeper you go the scarier it is. I wanna see people walking around with AK47s in broad daytime. Random events like shootouts in broad daytime with not just gangs, but police and even the military. Events like the police/military storming the fevelas. Live funk parties. Prostitutes at every turn. Drugs everywhere. The fevelas need to feel terrifying, grimy and lots of vices.
  3. Militia groups need to make an appearance. They are very big and they even engage in assassinations. And I mean political assassinations.
  4. There needs to be a heaven/hell theme. Or "hell in paradise." I'm talking about gap between rich and poor. While there is the fevelas in the northern zone I want to see the luxurious south zone i.e Copacabana beaches with thousands of tourist. Models on beaches. People having naive fun oblivious to the nightmare in the north zone.
  5. I wanna see rich Brazilians driving exotic cars and more of the the luxurious homes/hotels of the south zone.
  6. I want to see drugs being everywhere in the city and even tourist taking part of it.
  7. I want only the tourist speaking non-Portuguese meanwhile every pedestrian speaks Portuguese. It has to feel immersive. It has to feel like you're in another country.
  8. If its modern Brazil. I want to see ground fighting in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, not just because I use to practice it but because BJJ is BIG in Brazil. I know some may not care but this can really evolutionize hand to hand combat in GTA.
  9. Police need to be corrupt and I mean very corrupt like being able to bride them off.
  10. I know some may not care but... If you venture into the south zone(rich/touristy area) dressing bad you should face discrimination and the police should harass(this does happen). Meanwhile if you dress fly in the northzone(fevelas) you should have goons gunning for you. Again its about immersion people.
  11. I know many wont care but I wanna see Afro-Brazilian culture like samba, candomblé, etc.
  12. I wanna see carnivals. I know many wont care but it would add further immersions and it can be a chapter mission like the Renaissance festival in AC2. sh*t has to feel "authentic."
  13. Not trying to sexualize Brazil and I apologize to any Brazilians but we gotta see a whole lot of sex especially if this is Rio. I know most of Brazil is conservative but Rio is a different animal. Needs to be sex scenes like Mass Effect 3. This aint GTA SA days anymore they can get away with more. This game especially its Brazil setting needs to have LOTS of vices.
  14. Lots and lots of fast and exotic cars.
  15. Crazy and wild nightlife from the funk parties in the fevelas to the luxurious ones in the south zone.
  16. There should also be a forest since Rio is surrounded by a forest. The geography should be very diverse with lots of hills.
  17. Also Rockstar needs to return to extreme gore I'm talking chainsaws and machete use. We gotta see some next level savagery. I'm talking about that scene in Max Payne 3 where that guy was put in tires and burned a lot. Gotta see innocent people gunned down in missions. Police slaughtering people. More torture. Rockstar said they were influenced by the Narcos series? Well... Now they gotta add Narcos violence. Especially since this is third world level type of violence.
  18. Human trafficking needs to make an appearance. Its a big issue world wide and especially in Brazil. Not saying the protagonist takes part in it now.
  19. Also you should be able to rob or kidnap wealthy people. This DOES happen in Rio if I remember correctly. Or we should see random events with rich people getting dragged into a van late at night while walking out of a hotel.

I can go on and on. Thats what I wanna see.

Made this topic few years ago but in the "wrong" section (maybe because this one didn't exist).

Anyhow, @Mach1bud (sorry for tagging I don't know other active mods) can you move it to this section? I've reworked the concept multiple times, I'm just curious to see what people think about it.

The very least I would like to see is a transfer of my cash in GTA5 to some generic character in GTA6 having the same name. I can take care of the rest.

That would make sense if GTA 6's Online was just a minor update to the current version but if it's a whole new game it makes a lot more sense that we should start at the beginning. Plus, if they let us carry our money over from one game to another than they've got to carry over it's broken economy too.

I hope you have to buy gas.  Would be funny to see people driving hybrids around to save money.

I hope the single player version has real world setting for cops who bust you for speeding ect.

I'd like for my GTA V character to be copied to GTA VI. For example everyone is after her and she has to skip town for a while. Heads to the airport with all the clothes she can carry in a couple of suitcases. Basically all of her saved outfits. Plus underwear and socks, etc which are new for GTA VI. And she's carrying a decent wad of cash and a cashier's check from her bank so she can set up an account with a new bank where she's going. Such as $10,000 in cash and a check for $500,000 or a Million. My game came with a Million Dollars since it was the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack.

If you create a new OPC then you get to select all of the items in their luggage. Basically two weeks clothing.

I'd like to see the OPCs act as NPCs in Story mode as help for the main story character(s). For example for the heist in story we had to select two npcs to help in the job. I'd like for that to be the point where we must create or import two OPCs (one male and one female) that act as help for the main story character(s).

I'd like to see motels, hotels and apartments functional. When our character arrives in town they can stay in a motel or a hotel for a while. Then rent an apartment by the month once they get established. Then later on when they have the money they can buy a property. And from then on you can rent a motel or hotel room up to a week's stay whenever you want. For a job, a vacation, or for fun. And you can reserve and pay for a room in advance using your smart phone.

The funny satire sh*t can stay(because I always found GTA humor hilarious) but outside of GTA storyline missions like the past games. If this game is Narcos influenced then I want it to be dark and gory. I'm talking sh*t like this...

Rockstar needs to be controversial again and return REAL gore to HD universe. Chainsaws and machetes need to return. Like I said in one of my posts in this thread..... If they want a Narcos theme then they need Narcos style violence. And in Miami today criminals still use machetes(a favorite tool among us Caribbeans and Latinos apart of our culture lol).

Meh, I’d rather not. The females are depicted in a certain way that having one as a protagonist would be more veering away from the game’s representation. Unless she’s a hooker or something, then, this can work.

I see female characters being viable if R* pair them with another protagonist (male), like Max Payne and Mona.
