Was speaking about this in the hype thread, but surely we're getting something comparable to legendary animals from RDR2 in VI, right? Cruising the waters of the swamp on your propellor boat, only to have it snapped in half by a massive 10 foot gator, where do I sign?

If so, I hope there's a little more depth to them. The cycle of run to fur --> run to dung --> run to sticks --> headshot with a rolling block rifle got kind of tedious. I want to be stalked, hunted and killed like Giaguaro does.

I already mentioned this prior in this topic but after the MGS3 remake showed yesterday it makes me even more excited as one of the new features was:image.png.618547bede4a72d76eda633acdff9e08.png

To see this actually implemented into a game makes me hopeful that the same could be done in GTA 6 obviously I wouldn't expect scars or such to be permanent but the wear and tear of clothes and bruises and bullet wounds actually being reflected on the characters would be cool asf

An actor or an actress that has a role in this game, that's has a typecasting breaking role for them. That's one of the few main things that I want in this game, that's not car related.

Water droplets beading and rolling off of your vehicle sheetmetal and windows when it rains, or when going through a car wash.

The main antagonist to be younger then the two protagonists in GTA VI, that's one thing that I want in GTA VI, but that won't happen, because Lucia and Jason look to be in there late 20's or early 30's., an antagonist can't be younger than them, the main antagonist won't be taken seriously by many of the players.

Spoiler

Didnt mean to post the spoiler tag. We NEED ability to make custom liveries on all cars and change the wheel size on all cars. It's a must, especially with The Crew Motorfest adding Donks and lowriders

What most people don't see is that GTA is a car game 80% of the time, basic modding options like size of rims, lack of custom livery creator, really poor and uninteresting choice of rims, engine swaps (aren't obvious in racing games and they are more of Gran Turismo and Forza things but engine swaps would be really cool). Those things always bothered me in V and I always felt like the most important aspect of the game doesn't get the love it deserved.

Also other thing that bothers me - we know that cars were really heavy on X360 performance and they had to make cuts but their visual fidelity is really poor, a lot of them doesnt feel believable and they feel like toy cars, in a game where cars play one of the main roles this is very critical. Now with GTA Online updates it gotten better as the new cars are way better looking modelling wise but they still seem to carry this 2008 DNA in them which seems like a decision made so the new cars match the art style of the original 360 version cars. What really worries me is that they seem to repurpose some of those GTA IV-esque GTA V models in a game thats destined for 2025 (Bucanner or Primo) changing some things but completely missing out on most visible details at first glance - Primo and Buccanner still have images instead of properly modelled lights which seems really disappointing (cmmon Rockstar, you can't do what racing games could in 2014, and it's 10 years later) and I really hope this is just a placeholder as some of the V cars got reworked, for example granger2 (GRANGER 3600LX I think) has taillights that look 3D, also for new models that we saw upclose - PMP700 tail and front lights look like something from this century (any modern racing game quality).

Edited by PolandMountain
I noticed two days later that I made an off… I wrote headlights where I meant tailights. We never saw the front end of Granger 3600LX so this part of the comment made no sense before edit.

-Absolutely apesh*t detailed car customisation.

-More Euphoria physics

-More stealth options when hiding from cops and NPCs

-More destruction, something like the destruction physics for buildings in battlefield would be nice.

Honestly in the end, simply playing the game itself is a wishlist for me at this point, I'm desperate :sadkek:

I think something like the work bench from the last of us would be cool, for example Being able add scopes and suppressors at a safe house before departing for a mission. Crafting obviously wouldn't be in depth as rdr2 due to the modern setting but maybe you could still craft stuff like molotovs and such.

I know this isn’t an off road game or anything but I want working wenches and tow trucks, I know it’ll never happen because of people online but if they make it so only you/friends can tow you that would be cool.

Bring back QUB3D, Gta V was missing this minigame even tho there was a cabinent for it present in game. Also just more arcade minigames and bring back those from Gta Online like Race N Chase and others. Let us play Righteous Slaughter or have a parody of Fortnite, These are minor things but they help add variety and make the world feel more alive

Another little thing. You can do it on the RT3000(not sure if it’s possible to do it with any other cars) in V but I want the ability to roll down your windows. Not just stick your middle finger out but like legit roll your windows up/down.

Give the ability to shoot up clubs and venues like in all of the previous GTA games, you can go inside burger shot and cluckin bell in GTA IV and San Andreas and shoot up people inside. In GTA IV you could go inside the hospital and shoot it up. In TBoGT you could go inside the club and shoot it up. I don't know why that was removed in GTA V, where you can't shoot up Trevor's strip club unless you shoot at the entrance door first, but people come out running too fast.

I hope when you are completely messing up the traffic, like using a huge truck to block the entire road make it totally unpassable, nearby npcs especially these vehicle drivers, should have various much more advanced reactions:Some will call for cops, aggressively curse you, or try to pull you out of vehicle and  attack you.If you are locking the door, they will just start to shoot or use any available melee weapons& tools in the streets like bricks, drink bottles and such to attack your vehicle. Also if there is a gun store or tool shop  nearby, some will actually go there and grab any available stuff to fight against you.If close to non-friendly  gang turf some members will help the situation and start shooting you as well. Before npcs start any attack, when nearby cops notice the situation they will warn you at first,if you still don't do anything then they are going to arrest you.

Not just a player exclusive, this should be applied to any other general ambient npcs as well, like make some random events about npcs blocking the traffic themselves and others using various methods against these situations.

I hope they bring back the fanny magnet cheat code from Vice City that made all women chase you. And that they allow you to enter cheat codes while in main menu.

One thing i want is a more alive ambient world.

Kinda like Watch Dogs 2, where things like gang wars, police and gang wars were built in systems and you could see cops taking on criminals, criminals taking on other criminals.

EMS actually reviving knocked out pedestrians and such.

Really make the world interact not only with the player, but with itself too.

Oh and since we have wilderness, we can extend this to having hunters in the bayou, technical services or DOT towing and fixing cars on the road etc.

Honestly, I think I just had a pretty good idea for how the police system in VI could be way less annoying. So, as it works right now in basically all GTAs is if you commit a crime, all cops will be after you. You might not have cops actively chasing you, but every cop that sees you instantly knows who you are etc., regardless of the crime you committed. Now, my suggestion is that for small crimes, meaning anything that only nets you one star, the full police force isn't after you. Instead the nearest squad car is dispatched to your location (just have it spawn a fair distance away from the player, enough to not see it spawn in on the minimap), and only the cops that were "dispatched" to you will even know who you are. They also don't head to you, but to the location of the crime. If you leave before they arrive, your wanted level will disappear shortly after. If you're still there, they'll try to arrest you with low force. If you resist, they'll call for back up, raising your wanted level to two stars, BUT the action of calling for backup will take a few seconds, so you can kill or incapacitate them before they can do it. If you do that and there's nobody around to report that new crime, your wanted level again will disappear shortly after. This way it's fairly easy to get out of a low wanted level, which should cut down on the annoyance of accidentally getting a wanted level a lot.

RDR2 had lawmen ask you to leave the area if you did a small crime.

I think you can even convince them in some cases that you didn't do the crime. The ability to do rob a store and talk your way out of cops is fun.But i don't think R* wants to mess with the wanted formula too much. The reason people do sh*t in gta is to have cops on their tail.

Yeah, maybe a couple of select crimes could give you the option to convince the cop to let you off with a warning. You know, anything not violent and stuff.

In San Andreas you could do a "no police" cheat to make the cops f*ck off, bring that cheat back

I'd like to actually negotiate with the police especially if a random pedestrian thinks I'm a creep for standing still nearby. I don't want them to arrest me without question like in GTA V. Let me talk and convince them to arrest that random ped instead.

Mein freulein

Cops already go to the location of the crime in GTA V, only after they reach the crime do they start cheating and 6th sensing to your location.

Otherwise great ideas!
