Can't host jobs plz help

Okay so I recently shifted my gta 5 account from PS3 to Xbox one, and I can no longer host jobs. I can join random ones and the ones sent to me by my friends but I can't host games from the select menu. Plz help

You went from PS3 to XB1 so it ruined your account, the game works best with Sony consoles.

you need to be in an invite only session to host a job, otherwise they will put you in someone else's lobby (unless no job is found)
