I was in the cop outfit when I saw a thug running away.. when I killed the thug and kicked the hell out of it a couple of times while it was dead, I recieved a 50$ bonus under a "Good/Outstanding Citizen Award". What is this? I just found it out and spent an hour trying to find another thug- its harder to find when youre actually looking for one.... So can anyone clear this up?
