There are objects with alpha bugs, duplicate materials, missing textures, or just causing the game to crash. I can only manually fix them

Looks really nice. I don't get it though, what's the benefit of using materials from mobile version? I heard that it has some data in some sort of decrypted form which makes it easier to port it to VC engine, but is there anything else?

Mobile is almost compatible with VC, so I do it because I can. If on the way I can get some other textures, why not?

Dunno, but I will. It mismatches because I moved the map the way LC did. Boundaries issues.

 

What about paths? Aren't they in III and VC format at once?

They're in VC format, but are assigned to object, as III.

This was a test, but kept it anyway. I wanted to see if the paths work and if I could adjust them to the map. Apparently, they work ;)

 

Imagine the man-hours you'd save if you automate it somehow.

I wish I could, but I don't think it's possible. Also, some model bugs need to be fixed manually. Thank god I enabled backface culling!
