So i know that after you've beaten the mission where you take over the Diaz's mansion that u get a heli pad ... and there is a helicopter there for u too ... and also if u buy the Hyman Condos u get a helicopter there too ... but how do u get a boat for yourself? thanks i.a.! The Squallo's handling is better but not as fast..still, that's the best boat. Don't even bother with the other boats - rio etc. rubbish.. The Precinct - We're upping our standards, so up yours! (i never have) The mission starts no-matter-what, unfortunately. When you beat it after you've beaten it the first time, your reward goes up - and keeps increasing every time you complete it. The downside is (so i've heard), that everytime you complete it, more fog and mist covers the ocean - making it harder for you.. The Precinct - We're upping our standards, so up yours!
