Cudwieser
It is one of those odd videos that only Asians can do. You know it's barmy, but there is actual thought and intelligence in it. you can respect the effort even if the end result is of little use or doomed to failure. My favorite point was when the saloon tyre took a right turn into the maintainence shed.
epoxi
It is one of those odd videos that only Asians can do. I dunno, we do have Mythbusters and dare I mention we had Braniac (but the less said about that the better), there is plenty of scope for screwing around with curious experiments on TV. I will grant you the presentation style is unique though.
Cudwieser
Very good point about Mythbusters kudos to the creator for shaming Van Damme with a more epic split video Another Mythbuster epic

How much practice does it to take to get that good?3 weeks, about 5 hours a day. The guys on the big teams are much faster. They do it in 12 seconds, this was a 17 second pit stop. To get as good as them, would take months, daily workouts, hitting 200 lugnuts a day. epoxi 1 Twitter - Instagram - Youtube - Social Club
sivispacem
Heh, I've done F1 pit change practice competitions at the Team Lotus F1 headquarters (couple of vendors sponsored the team and hold events there). QuackinAColdOne
The thing that really caught my eye was the second clip... First time I've seen a Chevy Cavalier in a foreign country, let along a Nurburgring video. Cudwieser
You sure? Checked google and I have my doubts. I'd actually plump for r32 Skyline and Peugeot 206 spinning (two car's you'll certainly find in Europe and at the Nurbergring). The cavalier, as you said, is rare out side of america. The cobalt is more likely to make it to foreign shores than the cavalier, partly because we used to have the opel/vauxhall cavalier (a GM product BTW ) and partly because (as it seems) all cavaliers are ten-a-penny cars in their respective markets. The cobalt is more premium so would be more attention grabbing than the cavalier. In any case I hope your right as it would certainly be a sight in Europe

epoxi
0:35 is definitely an R32 skyline. The only Chevrolet Cavalier I have seen in person in Europe is this exemplary model (advertised as "Toyota Celica" of course): I honestly thought the UK could produce no ugly cars apart from the usual suspects.. I was wrong when this popped up (editing due to privacy) done Oh wow, I saw this Chevrolet Cavalier in the flesh in the midlands, it was impossible to miss. Gnocchi Flip Flops
Mustangs at it again: Now, I got to car shows and honestly I love to see people takeoff. It's exciting to see somebody pull out and floor it. And typically everybody else loves it too, a lot of people egg those owners on to takeoff. So when sh*t like this happens and I see people rip into the owner I'm ready to play the Devil's Advocate, that guy everybody hates who sticks up for the dumbass... except I saw another video of the incident and I'm like nope. When you take off, especially at a car show with people lining the streets, you don't try to drift into the corner. That is completely idiotic. What you should do is turn then hit the gas making sure you're not going to lose traction. Right away you could tell he was going to crash. It's all on him, it's idiots like this who get cars and coffee events shut down.
