GTAKid667
That's great news! I said literally an hour ago I was hoping it would not be too much longer, and by complete surprise it happens. Dageron RUS
Yes, I am amazed too. Finally, they released game for Android. Windows (10? Phone?) release would be also much appreciated. Sweet Bellic and Shred N Slash

Dageron RUS
@Socalkev, please, put large images to spoiler tag, friend! @EddieLTU, as far as I understood, the compatibility of Android LCS is messed up... so many comments already that game doesn't run on their more-or-less modern devices. Lethal Vaccine
so many comments already that game doesn't run on their more-or-less modern devices. Hope will be fixed soon. Doesn't surprise me. Same issue with iOS. Not until the first Patch for iOS was mine able to run properly on my iPhone 6. Before the update, I had stutter/lag every 2-3 seconds, literally and it never ended for more than 4 seconds or so, then start up again with stuttering and lagging. There was some people in the other Topic who were claiming Android would be so much better upon release...Yeah...Well, there you have it folks. That's almost impossible these days... Lol, judging my these comments and what I am reading, the Android Version is even worse than iOS upon release date... _CP_
As I said in the iOS thread, they don't wanna my money. I tried to buy it three times, but every time transaction is refused. OK, I linked another card, works fine. Edited February 11, 2016 by _CP_
MythicalCreature
I don't know whether to laugh or to cry. Back when it came out for iOS I probably could have afforded it and would have bought it if it was out for Android. I waited a long time for the release and now that it finally has been released I can't afford it, even with the 2 dollar drop in price I'm a broke-ass 15-year old who buys all his games off his miniscule pocket money. *whine*

GTAKid667
I had prepared my Google Play Balance in advance assuming it to be the same price as the iOS Version and so it was an added bonus having the 40% discount! I'm downloading it right now and it's nearly done, there a few people who have commented about it not working on their device as Dageron said and a few who can't seem to be able to pay for it either in this thread, but all seems fine on my end so far. I'll expect in advance that the game might have some lag considering it was reported to have been like that on iOS devices when it first released, but I don't think that will bother me too much regardless. -DP-
Installed and played it a few minutes ago on my G Flex 2 (SD810, 2GB), it runs smooth for me, no noticeable lag, turned the graphics to max. What I noticed is that there's fewer graphical options and no resolution or draw distance slider any more. And the draw distance is absolutely horrible, a huge step back compared to San Andreas, whole areas just pop-in a few meters away, other than that, the graphics are fine. Edit: It's also 40% off now, at least it was for me (Austria) Edited February 11, 2016 by -DP-
GTAKid667
Edit: It's also 40% off now, at least it was for me (Austria)Yes, it's 40% everywhere until the 24th February. Here's the official Newswire Post: Today, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories arrives for Android devices. Just like the iOS version released in December, Liberty City Stories for Android includes updated real time lighting and shadows, upgraded textures and art, greater draw distance, performance enhancements for touch-based gaming like analog steering and rebalanced targeting, and cross-platform cloud saves via Social Club. And for a limited time, you can get Liberty City Stories for just $3.99 on both mobile platforms (ends 2/24). Plus, if you download Liberty City Stories and then sign in to Social Club within the app, you'll unlock the bonus I HEART LC t-shirt for that same account used in Grand Theft Auto Online for PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC (please allow up to 24 hours for the I HEART LC Shirt to become available in GTA Online). For details on compatible devices please visit the Rockstar Support page, and watch the Liberty City Stories Mobile Trailer here. I've just installed the game and am about to play it Edited February 11, 2016 by GTAKid667 Sweet Bellic 1 Meet the GTA 3 players who've spent a decade playing pass-the-pad to 100% the game | GamesRadar

GTAKid667
There are a few more Display Settings in the Android Version as opposed to the iOS Version as suspected, that is if the iOS Version still only has the Display Settings . GTAKid667
I've only been playing for a few minutes so far but it's running smoothly and there is no noticeable lag as -DP- said, but it would benefit from a better draw distance though it's not that annoying and doesn't affect the gameplay. GTAKid667
It's step down from previous android port. But that was ported by a completely separate developer, who put more effort into the work they were doing.
