FilipCRO
Okay, so I have made a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, and I couldn`t launch the game. It was saying that GTA V isn`t installed on this PC (not true, I did not delete it). So I installed this mod : https://hr.gta5-mods.com/tools/grand-theft-auto-v-registry-fix and it fixed my problem. But now, my GTA V registry looks like this : It says : Patch version 1.0.393.4 and that is not the latest patch version (which I have, cause I play GTA Online). So thing are messed up for me in the registry editor probably. Can someone please upload a picture of his GTA V registry, so I can replicate it ? PATH : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> WOW6432Node --> Rockstar Games --> Grand Theft Auto V

Uncle Sikee Atric
Only option to me is redownload the game, or verify the game files.... Having access to correct registry entries seems a little suspect to me, is it a genuine copy?
Seemly
Had similar problem, as stated above, verify the game, how?: 1-Go to rockstar site. log in to your account, download the GTA V downloader. 2-Select the same location that you have your GTA V, then proceed Now it wouldn't re-download the whole game. if you have all the files of the game already existing. it would complete in few seconds. Uncle Sikee Atric
It'll take a while as it checks every file and setting against a default set and basically resets everything to default. If you use Steam, right click on the game in your Steam Library and select to verify the game files from there.

FilipCRO
Sikee, its a genuine retail game, you can always see the registry btw. I will try that gta v downloader. why is your game installed on d: ? is your os installed on it or on c: ? in case your os is on c: your game should be on c:\progam files\.... My OS is on C:/ disk, but that is an SSD 120 GB drive and there is not enough space for GTA V. Why would the game need to be on the system drive C:/ ? Why would the game need to be on the system drive C:/ ? basically the program files repertory, where all the softwares are installed by default, should be at the os root repertory (c:). Only if d:\program files exist, it's because you created it youself, or because the os is installed on d:
