A cut helicopter called the Hunter. It'll probably never be added since it was supposedly the beta name for the Savage.

No spaghetti lover. Savage is totally different helicopter (Mi-24). Hunter is Apache.

Especially Rockstar, their definition of "soon" means 6 months and above. However this was said from Ned and Shawn on their Social Media Accounts recently. No matter what, people will always want to play single player. Just because a lot of people don't doesn't mean everybody doesn't. There will still be people who play SP, like me.

 

Here is my problem with this--this portion of the forums is for GTA online. You want to whine about DLC for your dinosaur gaming, do it in the appropriate spot. This is about as annoying as the last genners crying about no updates. This is the direction of gaming whether the SP crowd likes it or not. Whining incessantly won't change that...

 

Sorry I disagree, This is the Next DLC Discussion. were we talk about anything related to the Next DLC for GTA, that includes GTA SP DLC. Online is a key aspect in today's generation however its doesn't not mean in any way that it is the only way forward. I dont know if you have played old GTAs or not, but they didn't include GTAOnline and some people still play them today. GTA Online wouldn't be as good as it is, if they didn't stop updating the story mode.

 

The reason why GTA Online keeps getting updates isn't because of how many players play it. Do you think you would have still been getting these updates if people didn't buy shark cards?

 

You should see the comment above regarding a SP DLC. Rockstar internally discussed it and rejected doing one because of the success of GTA online (related to making them revenue). It makes zero sense to do a SP DLC, and Rockstar has said nothing about doing one for more than a year now (and before you make this all about shark cards, there is no reason shark cards couldn't be sold for you to buy things in SP as well other than the fact that no one would buy them). So, those people beating this drum belong in the same camp as the Zombie DLC folks--you just ain't getting it. But, if out of the blue Rock Star suddenly does a SP DLC, I'll be here to get my comeuppance.

A lot of people here don't understand this. Rockstar is a business that wants to maximize profits just like any other business. Why in hell would they make a SP DLC if all their users play online? I have several friends that bought the game just to play online.

That's a stretch. If anything we'll probably get another cookie cutter pack. Which is fine by me. I mean if it adds a new Pfister or Progen then I don't care. But I don't think we'll get anything big until the start of the summer.

This whole convention thing has to mean something. It's not 2013 anymore, the games been out for over two years. There's nothing to discuss at the convention that hasn't already been talked about. It's obviously going to be about the SP DLC.

Chill. They're doing stuff. It's a big game and they're probably making cool content. They're trying to implement cool new things with the new cars, weapons and features and don't actually have a schedule to follow as they have 0 people to answer to. They do, however, want to give the fans what they want and it's not always easy to do that.

I love when people just wildly speculate based on nothing with extreme dichotomies.

 

Though there were rumors about the Executives and other Criminals, if you recall, Rock Star announced on Thursday then there it was the following Tuesday (they had obviously been working on it for months with no official comments at all). Whereas, with the heists, I believe we got a notice of a couple of months. All of this is to say, there has not been one proscribed method for releasing the big DLC's' What mitigates against a possible abandonment notion, your specious reasoning aside, was the third quarter profits for Take Two which showed that they were still cashing in on GTA V.

 

So in a word, no.

I think I have asked about this, but is there anything in the code that references a casino?

Seriously, I don't understand why the hell is a secret underground Nutzi base and a HYDRA logo in that map. San Andreas is based on California, not Germany (no offense), and I don't think the krauts were able to reach USA without having their ass blown by the Navy.

I'm must agree with Smaher. here. Rockstar is a company looking to make money just like everyone else but they're also a gaming company. They offer a service. Fun should be a high priority and a lot of people would like to see Michael, Franklin and/or Trevor's adventures extended.
