Why do people think that this year is last one for GTAO? They would kill goose that lays golden eggs. They have a huge resources left.

55 vehicles from IV and EFLC (not counting Emergency vehicles, Angel, Wayfarer, Huntley Sport etc.)

35 cars that can get Benny's treatment

25 vehicles that were cut during development,

and at least 15 vehicles that are highly requested (such as Supra, R34 etc.)

And if R* will continue realising DLC alternately (small, big, small, big...) they have enough cars for 3 years worth of DLC every month!

This is the best case scenario of course, where they release DLC every month and use all of their resources.

i do believe that video was out quite a while ago,but he did mention that he had been invited out to see some new content for gta v but wasnt allowed to say what it(a media embargo if you will)it will be interesting to see what it was he had seen and played.

Seriously I completely understand the hate for Ross with his exploiting little kids that watch him with multiple videos of the same thing, taking ages just to get to the video title point, idiotic ideas, making videos about completely ridiculous leaks that would of never seen the light of day if it wasn't for him, lack of knowledge on the technical side of things (e.g saying there's modders on NG), and just a bunch of pointless repetitive videos in general. I'll give him one thing though, in the time i've watched him, he has never once confirmed something that was fake, he has always been very open about a leak and not confirming anything until R* has officially announced it.

Does anyone even want the alledged "LR2" dlc?

'Cause I find lowriders useless and boring. Sure it's a neat feature, but making another dlc on that? Idk, I feel like they could make much more fun dlcs than that.

I think Rockstar is aware of the Lowriders DLC not doing so good. I play contact missions and I rarely see them. I think that's way they are making more cars available for Bennys hands to touch.

Since now we can own 5 apartments it would be nice to own an apartment per city/map area: Los Santos/Blaine County, Libery City, San Fierro, Las Venturas and Vice City... and the Yacht would be moveable around coast areas

This can't be stressed enough. Online needs a map expansion, desperately. Otherwise, interest will start to fall flat. V's map may be big, but we've been in San Andreas for over three years now. I think it's long overdue (yes, there is research and development time) but there needs to be more to explore.

 

I honestly don't care what map they give us. It could be Carcer City or North Yankton and I wouldn't even bat an eye. Any map expansion will be suitable.

 

As for the Yacht being moveable around coast areas, the Panama Canal from MP3 will most likely be used for that.

Exactly. There's still a large amount of content that can be brought back from previous games (Dodo, Dukes, Blista Compact, etc). It makes absolutely no sense to see this as the "last year" for Online.

 

However, a few things to consider are either:

 

A. This will be the last "big" update to Online before the next GTA. In other words, assuming this is the case, we may see the "last hurrah" for Online before the next big overhaul to Online arrives with a large expansion (Map Expansion, vast amount of vehicles, weapons, clothes, features, improvements overall). However, this is unlikely, given the current nature of Online with "an ever-expanding world".

 

B. We will simply be seeing a larger gap in between updates (effectively killing off monthly updates, i.e January Update). This would mean we would get Executives and other Criminals, Heists-esque updates. This, again, is unlikely, as there would still have to be smaller updates released in between the larger updates to maintain interest.

 

C. The update schedule will remain and we will see updates as usual, disregarding A and B.

I mean they could have used someone character for Bennys customs.

Imagine them inviting Broughy to the studio to record his voice and then use his character for Bennys customs.

The voice actor is working with them and I don't think they are stupid enough to tell him come back after 4 months or 3 months to finish the audio for Lowriders 2.

After they dropped LG, every month there is DLC

Very soon it will be a Heist One Year Anniversary (March, 10th), so I guess it would a lil bit boring to add new heists as we got all heists in all main banks and buildings, so maybe they will add Casino Update with activities and one new hot heist for it, just for example, huh?) Or Maybe will get it a lil bit later...

We have GTA Online. If someone clever in it, is it possible to add new big islands/cities to this world without any problems in theory?

I'm pretty sure the theme of the Lowriders2 update won't be the Lowriders themselves. Maybe it could be something more about the gangs (more than it was with Lowriders1), and they would just add a few Lowriders at the same time. But the 2 weapons doesn't really work with a Lowriders or gangs theme. Not sure what the link is between the guns and whatever theme it will be.

right on! The comes some more crazy Sh*t for 2017..it's a waiting game I'm ready to play! but if you ask me, I agree with you. Im not saying it's confirmed but everything points to sometime this year. Watch how epic it's going to be.

About how the guns have to do with it idk but, for Igg pt 1 we got the pdw, pt2 we got a marksman pistol. Pretty old fashion, but part 1 of LRupdate we got the new tech 9. They could be following that pattern of something new for pt 1 & something vintage for pt 2

Maybe another update with a lot new vehicles like happen with Executives & Other Criminals

Since we have Chino, Primo and Banshee on Benny's Website, R* can remove it on Legendary Motorsport and Southern San Andreas Super Autos, we don't need the same car on others websites with the same price
