The Next DLC Discussion Thread

I use to support the idea of the Hunter being added, however not anymore.

All these people b*tching & moaning about wanting it, you're over a year late in that complaint department.

Really is killing any motivation to actually see it return, for people who discussed this already.

 

At this point I'd rather see the Sea Sparrow return, just to tick off the late boarders on the Hunter hype train.

Plus given the original Sea Sparrow's design, it would be more agile & faster than the Buzzard.

Nah Hunter is where its at. That thing is blazing alright.

 

Anyway, next update hopefully isn't far way. Its obvious everybody 'including me' just want some new toys and stuff to like and dislike.

 

 

Except the fact that something as fast & maneuverable as the Sea Sparrow with said new weapons would dominate even a Hunter.

Plus it can land on water, something the Hunter has never been able to do.

Tired of the piece of sh*t Cargobob being the only helicopter that can land on water, & sinks when you exit it.

How about a hillbilly DLC? Few pick up trucks, some battered cars, clothes etc... few new game modes. We've had a tonne of shiny new updates like IGG/E&OC

I would be ok with that if we get some cool offroad vehicule and NO rust on the car (or at least having a way to repaint the car without the rust). It annoys me so much that the only way to have to cool modification on the rebel, you have to have rust on it...

Yeah, I'd love a sea sparrow return. Doesn't need rockets, just some nice explosive rounds and skids to land on water, and very maneuverable. Maybe even make it only 2-seater too (I think all other hellis so far are 4+ aren't they?).

If it introduced a pickup class and some of the existing pickups were added into it along with one or 2 new ones, then yeah!

Well no. It's like saying that all cars are the same just because they have 4 wheels.

Eh, no. My point is, they don't really put much effort into making the helicopters feel that much different from each other in my opinion.

 

Then clearly you've never flown a chopper in this game and are talking out of your ass. The Buzzard and Savage have major handling differences. So do the Maverick and Frogger.

Like I always said, they should have given us the option to choose the yacht and then choose the vehicule package of our choice. It's not like that, so I guess the only thing we can expect is new yacht model with different layout and different vehicules. I could see that coming in the future, I would be interested by that if it add something to the yacht.

What we need is a new weapon to kill all those jet griefers. The Homing Launcher is useless.

I would pay 5mill for a worthy AA pegasus vehicle. A quad .50 on a humvee would be delicious. They need to buff the HL also.

Sure, but the supervolito also lands on water.

 

 

Just like the Cargobob, it sinks like a stone when you exit it.

Plus the off-balance can easily cause it to sink, making it worse than the Cargobob.

At least if the SS was released, it could be left floating on water like the Dodo plane.

 

 

On another note back on the general topic of future DLC, I hope R* is releasing more than just a Low Riders PT2.

They must realize that just some new car mods/conversions will not keep up the attention of many for long.

Plenty of people are going to be moving onto The Division if R* doesn't release good new replay value content soon.

New car mods at Benny's are nice, but it quickly gets old for many.

Certainly think that, considering the prices and upgrade/usage costs, it'd be a good idea to occasionally add more variants (as in, hull configurations and auxiliary vehicles) and colour schemes - not to mention maybe additional functionality (at the very least, maybe open up the engine room just to explore - simply requires adding in the existing interior details from the Heists yacht).

ofcourse not! and thats the point! we dont want rockstar to stop giving us content EVER! especially not when its freeroam, the vip abbility is just awesome! doing missions in freeroam with your friends just how you want to do the mission is the best! id be really happy with more vip missions, but then again. id be even happier with more helicopters, and more special features on helicopters, like landing on water, having a friend rapell from your helicopter, spotlight actual miniguns fired from the back, brining the skylift into online so we can airlift more and heavier things faster, and oh yeah a hunter without the stupid auto stabilizer, like seriously rockstar the titan can do a barrell roll why not my buzzard?

considering the fact that since launch, there has been NO evidence whatsoever that the hunter will ever be added in, nothing new has been done to it, so it should seriously stop being treated like a "potential" future dlc, at least until some evidence is provided towards it.
