Do you use the join mission leave mission to get up?

i dont know if this helps, but when im in the air flying like ui ui ui i press the breaks till im landing, it helped me alot staying on the sanchez!!! good luck everyone!

Having a friend with a helicopter can really help with this one.

 

Another funny thing, me and my friend were trying this for hours on custom bikes, we randomly decided to use the stock Sanchez bikes that spawn on the top of the mountain, beat it in about 5 tries. Good stuff.

Lmao same. Tried it first with the Ruffian but died so I walked back up then did it first try with the stock Sanchez, you definitely need both skill and luck to complete this one though.

Reading the amount of time people are spending trying to get this done, it's no surprise that Rockstar would release this Time Trial the same time the 2X VIP Event is going on.

About another hour, bought and modded a Sanchez so sadly profit is out of the question, wish I could just string that good run together.

 

Had the best fail ever though, bounced off the bike so high it triggered the parachute animation, then spent a good minute chasing the bike down the hill from the air

Here are some random clips I saved during my first like 3-4 hours while I was doing my runs with Hakuchou, after the last clip, I stopped caring about saving the clips unless it was something really special, but sadly nothing special happand until I completed the run.

 

 

 

I have a whole load of captures of ridiculous fails. I might make a compilation and put it on youtube, it's so stupid. My bike was almost upside down once and I get on it thinking it will right itself but I get an instant suicide instead.

Sounds like what happand to me during Time Trial #19, Bike got stuck in a ditch upside down and when I finally got it sideways in a place where I could get on, Instead of pushing it up and getting on, I teleported on to it and died.

Here's a little compilation of fails. There is one really cruel failure at the end of the vid, would have made it but couldn't turn the bike to the finish line. I died a little inside then and there.

Even as luck based as it is, actually doing the time trial is fun, despite the fact that I haven't even gotten close to beating par.

The inordinate amount of time spent recovering from fails is a different matter entirely.

Finally got it on an Akuma. About an hours worth of trying last night initially made me think I was going to lose my sh!t trying this one, luckily it didn't take too long, although I did have more trouble with this one than any other so far.

 

Slightly different route. Not the best time but I was being a little careful, I was/am SICK of chasing my bike and loading into new lobbies/jobs.

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. if you are V.I.P. you cannot get back on your bike for some odd reason. Save yourself a tiny bit of frustration on this one and retire lol.

I noticed that too and I'm pretty sure the reason why is that as V.I.P you can't go passiv, and while you are doing the Time Trial you temporarly go passive.

So if you leave the bike or fall off, you can't get back on as it would put you in passive that you can't be in.

71-100 I swer the Brawler seems to have a life of it's own during the Time Trial.

101. I give up. As soon as the Brawler just slightly starts to glide, it never stops. AND IF IT SPINS. OH BOY. FUN TIMEZ AWAIT.

You know what F*ck this Time Trial with a Brawler, I have beaten it with the Hakuchou, I'm not going to touch this Time Trial again.

 

I'm gonna now go and buy everything from valentine's.

got this done last night on the sanchez, 51.90.

 

don't think its the worst one there's been, in my opinion anyway. i thought the one going from the car park roof to zancudo by the highway was toughest, for me anyway.

 

i dunno, maybe it was because i knew from you guys that we weren't going to get a t-shirt for doing them all that the pressure (?) was off. sure, running/falling downhill after my bike was annoying but ill admit to enjoying this one rather than getting frustrated every Monday trying to keep the run of passed TTs going.

 

if this was the last one, it sucks that we didn't get anything for passing them all. if its not the last one, onwards & upwards!

id feel like they added it as an after thought so id imagine it would lessen the sense of accomplishment than if we had got a shirt as soon as we had finished the one in this thread. that is if this is the last one....

Hi people. I signed in just to say THANK YOU for the help and the useful informations you always post in these threads.

This one took me about 8 hours of pain and frustration.

In the end I managed to have a lucky fast run and I got it.

I slowed down in the last part cause i was terrified to miss the finish (and destroy the controller).

One plus I've found at least 3 ways up Chilliad you can use a bike without using the trails...
