C'mon guys it's not that hard lol.

 

It's challenging, but mostly I despise ragdolling down the f*cking mountain and then having to get back up. With a f*cked vehicle.

 

I know you can do custom race blah blah blah but I just wanna spend 30m having a go, not 3 hours swearing. Maybe I'm old.

 

 

No, this of all time trials is the one that I just roll my eyes when it comes back around. Occasionally I try it, but I've only ever beaten it twice I think. A lot of design decisions and the fact that these are in normal free roam make this very frustrating. You spend half your time waiting for it to be light out, or not raining; then you crash and spend 3 minutes just trying to get back to your bike; and after a handful of crashes the dumb thing starts smoking on you because even when you manage to reset, the bike doesn't fix itself. There are workarounds for some of this but ultimately the combination of the time trial difficulty and all the extra annoyance makes me not want to bother.

I pulled it off once during the last run of the TTs.. I tried again day on Tuesday. After 6 attempts, all ending in me chasing my bike which slid down the mountain, I just called it quits... At one time, I tried to respawn, but just before the bar was full, I got thrown off the bike... I respawned without the bike at the the start... It took me almost five minutes to get back to it, hehe... I was boiling and called it quits shortly after... :-)

 

This timetrial is a waste of time. It can surely be done, but 51K for I don't know how many attempts is not worth it.

 

I just switched to CEO, called a luxury heli for 5K, ran down the hill to get to it, flew to my office, stole a car and sold it for a net 80K...

Oh I will get it for the first time when a teleport glitch gets found in the game again for the 69th time. And those who did it have a ton of luck. Lets see everyone do it again. I only have bad luck on this one. Either I use a bike and get lucky on the bounces or I die and spend 25 minutes getting to the marker again. Or I use a car and get magically spun out by bushes at full speed and get flung off the mountain.

 

Since time is made up I say I passed the time trial because If time is fake than so is me failing it. Time trial is passed. It said get the destination which I did not anything about what time you get. I completed the objective as the game described.

At least 4 hours of trying, but 1/3 of time wasted in waiting game because of rain or night.

I'm pretty much just logging in to do the time trial these days (PC still seems to be a mess), but not for this one. Thankfully these can now be done in solo invite only lobbies.

Ps4 users can use this to get on the top. Launch the job and back out when you get to vehicle selection and you should spawn on the top. It's a practice race I made for this tt..

It would be much more of a "time trial" if they gave you a different time to beat based on vehicle your in based in there performence rather than you only being able to beat them with a select few vehicles.

 

I said what I did mostly as a joke however time is still made up. We have leap years leap seconds and even change it during daylight savings. GTA time is relative to GTA online only. It's made up to let things like the day and night cycle to "exist".

i had to do it twice, cause the first recording had some hiccups like HICKS in the end :-( i felt very uncrunchy... so i did it a second time, now i have a clean recording. but i still prefer the first run, because the sliding down the hill was like ui ui ui slippery slippery and me as a fluffy penguin love slippery hihihi
