Even though it isn't personally my preference in regards to style, I think many will enjoy it. Overall though, it isn't bad; I found a few interesting things that I wouldn't mind wearing every now and then. I probably will not be wearing a Parka though.

They have also added a feature in Special Tops where it organises them based on Brands, Manufacturer Logos, Movies, and Unlocks.

Haha, it is not just you. The parkas seem even bigger; I can't imagine wearing something like that in a place like Los Santos; we need to be comfortable, not sweaty.

 

Yeah, I've pretty much all but given up on the longer hair. Out of all the hairstyles originally included in the game and that have been added, there are only maybe four or so that I would ever consider wearing.

Kinda pissed off they added incompatible combos with leather pants with boots to the MC styles. Oh well, there's always time to glitch Also, I love the female biker vest! Best clothing piece of the lot in my opinion.

 

Also, what clothing do you unlock for purchasing the Nightblade? Can't find it anywhere.

 

Edit: I also tried to do my famous VDay gloves glitch. It seems they are still bugged, if not, more than before. You can equip them with anything, yep, ANYTHING... but... They disappear. Also for the brief moment wearing them a load of skin disappears.

 

But guess who's trying to find a way to get them to stick?

I really like the shorts with tights actually, it's only taken R* 3 years and not exactly what I wanted but it's a very close step imo, there's quite a bit of stuff I do like, the Jeans, Leather pants and tied shirts are all pretty good imo.

Didn't think I'd see the skinchick haircut pop up, but it's makes me laugh. I just wish the bangs were shorter and it was tighter shorn.

OK, been experimenting. I can't find a way to keep VDay gloves to stick with jackets. However, they do stick with some Biker Cuts when wearing the Rolled Sleeves Tucked T-shirts:

 

 

Another thing I found is that you can also now equip VDay gloves with the cop outfit and can browse gloves with the interaction menu when wearing it unlike before.

As an ex-native I can tell you that when the temp drops into the 60's F, Southern Californians break out the full winter gear. 50s is arctic conditions and 40s don't leave the house.

The crop tops are great, as are the new leather pants. Although I'm really bummed out by the fact that some of the biker jackets can't be worn with a t-shirt underneath them. Whose brilliant idea was that? Also, the boots are cartoonishly oversized.

But yeah, overall, I'd say this is one of the better updates for clothes for both genders.

Okay okay... just spent my time racking up student debt and no employment opportunity at school... (11:40 to 2:22) only to come back home and have roughly 2 hours to update this game and get a taste

 

all before going to work for 60 dollars on a 3:50 shift until 6:00 to 9:30... le sigh. At least I have later on tonight and tommorow.

 

The consensus is good. I'm optimistic I can update my beatnik outfit alongside a new greaser chick outfits too..

 

Question: are there new jean textures, specifically Dark black?

 

*Or any other pants texture of a dark black nature?*

Well, I can't say that I'm 100% happy with this update, but Biker gear can only go so far, and I'll give them credit where it's due.

 

I like a few of the items, such as the new shorts with netting and the leather hoodies. Some of the torn tees are pretty cool, too. But a lot of this stuff is still oversized and frumpy. The boots are laughably enormous and, in my opinion, are unusable. If R* could find that perfect fit for female clothing, then all of the items we're getting would be 100x better.

 

And about the hair...I'm not even going there.

...oh, well - granted, I shouldn't have expected much, considering that this wasn't really likely to be the logical update to expect a lot of regular fashion items, but still, it's always a pain to think that at this rate, it'll be a full 6 months between the last update with some emphasis on versatile, general-purpose clothing items.

I love the shorts w/ the tights. I'm so happy that my character doesn't have to have bare legs when wearing shorts now. I hope R* makes this an option for skirts.
