Yep. I plan to release it as a pack when I get the bottom done (can't have one without the other lol)

Worked on this for a couple of days replacing the female lower body with a nude mesh. Basically I used an existing body part taken from another mod and swapped it with a female mp component. It's not perfect but it's just an attempt for now since I had seen no one actually try this method in modding.

I love replacing other ped components with my female character. I randomly found some nice shoes of tracey's and modded it onto my character

Again, mods really don't help the majority of players - nor do they send a clear message to R*.

 

Same with trying to suggest improvements to cars and racing - "just play FiveM, lol" is a non-solution...

 

 

Sorry to sound terse, folks - just with the ever-decreasing quality of updates (particularly on the character customisation front), this most recent leak from Yan, and every day feeling closer to the possible end of new updates, I feel there needs to be more done to get something good out of R* before the end.

I mean, that's always been the case - but it'd still be nice to have things that we can't just fudge out of existing clothing items.

 

That, and IMO, it's a waste when R* decides to add something in the lowest-fidelity way possible, or just tweaks male character assets because 'can't be bothered'.

 

 

I've realised that all my outfits use items up to/including Ill-Gotten Gains stuff, and some of the better Lowriders/FAFF pieces, but never anything beyond that - largely because everything since then tends to be stuff like crappy-quality camo gear, or reskins of racing suits. FAFF was nearly two years ago, Ill-Gotten gains three years ago - kinda sucks that R* gave up on interesting, flexible clothing items around half of the game's lifespan ago...

This was kinda hard to put on the mp character. Had to bind it 3-4 times to the model rig to fix those nasty bugs. Anyways, I binded one of those premiere dresses that i grabbed from those female during that mission (I believe it's meltdown?) onto my character.

Thanks! Well you can practically attach almost any ped apparel to your character if you have zmodeler3. I only have free trial on this so I had to cram in hours of basic knowledge on how mod it in. Tutorials from other modders actually helped me understand in a matter of minutes.

If its that easy then why cant R* do it? We actually already have some clothes and hairs ripped from npcs. Adding in more shouldnt be an issue and much simpler than creating brand new apparel? I guess lately we havent had any dlc themes to add good casual clothing in though..

I could but I just wanted to try it out and see if it was easier to use compared to 3ds max (it was user friendly but still complicated). I also still have a license for 3ds max so I don't wanna put that to waste as well

If you figure out how to merge multiple files with 3ds max, please let me know.

 

Anyway. Currently working on a few things. I like the topknot but the receding hairline always throws me off. Since i still don't know how to edit hairs properly i just did something else to hide it.

 

 

still need to work on the texture.

 

Edit: I know not many don't like piercings like septums but i gave it a try.

For anyone thats interested, there is another component transfer glitch going around. With it you can obtain almost any knee high boots and pants combination, 3 unobtainable neck headphones and some other cool stuff
