GTA SA Special Ballas Skin

Hello GTA Communtiy,

I wanted to know is there anyone who can help me out with a skin, any skin modders or so?
I didn't know where to put this so I put it here, if its wrong, then any admins move it to the right section, thanks.
well, I have a ballas skin which I'd like to change his head and the textures, but I don't know how I will post it in a spoiler:

 

 

 

 

I want to replace the one with the green bandana and his cap head with the ballas head only, oh and the bandana should be purple as well so I hope someone can help or make it for me If possible, thanks in advice.
