Dubsta 2 (custom) spawn strategies

When I got mine or when I'm helping other people get one I play time to get away (Martin), it starts you where you are, locks it at 12.00 and has no timer. I have most luck at the LSC by the airport, when it's not there I loop around through the car park, up the grass and back onto the access road. I did one recently for someone on here, found it on the 5th or 6th pass. This is on PS4.

The biggest difference for TTGA and Denial of Service is the traffic. I admit both will spawn dubstas but I've had the most luck in denial of service. I have been running TTGA for players asking for help if it's just one person. If I have multiple players, which is usually the case, Denial of Service is what the doctor orders.

It's just another day at the office for me! Dubstas are just like inhaling and exhaling. Just a bodily function, catch you later and thanks.

I'm setting up a crew for PC Dubsta 2 junkies. Crew tag is DUB2 on social club. More info to come.

Hope to gather the ones who helped me out and the ones I've helped out getting that sweet Dubsta 2 so far.

As I have problems using heli to spawn there might be a difference between spawning on the different platforms.

You guys rock! And I hope to bring some more bling to the PC community. Dubsta 2, the joy. Check out the crew and let us all bring blingbling joy to the world!

I'm up for joining, I've helped a few people on here already as well as some from YouTube. I'm all for spreading the dubsta love.

I too have not yet managed to spawn using a helicopter so I think us PC users may have to look at additional options. Great thread guys, keep the info flowing 😃

This is a link to a short video of how I spawn at LSIA on PC. The thing is, it's not exactly the same every session. Sometimes they spawn just as that 3rd car is coming around the corner, sometimes it's when the front wheels hit the shadow other times the car has rounded the bend and has just hit the straight. Once I have figured out which it is for that session it's quite straightforward to get regular spawns.

Any constructive comments welcome.

Huh, with a regular dubsta right in front of you. There goes that theory :p

Sods law, I've done loads of runs and this is the only time I've had a d2 when a regular dubsta is in the traffic. 😃

I know you all have said that it is completely different on pc but one thing that's constant, in my research and opinion, traffic and distance is the key to this. When driving the car, I've noticed that you spawned one coming around the corner similar to the money tree method, 3 up 2 down, and my question to start before I keep analyzing was is this all in the same session?

Did you try to keep spawning after going into your garage multiple times?

Did you try to bait and switch but move the set point closer to get a different trigger point?

Were you able to show more raw video of your spawns to get a better unedited version of the other nuances we missed with the edited version?

For me, the devil is in the details. I need the things that people edit out, to see where we went wrong and how we can analyze the surroundings, traffic, distance, and other factors. Thanks for the share!

Firstly, many thanks for the input, it is greatly appreciated.

This was all in the same session.

I was doing this solo so yes, I went into my garage with each new car.

I didn't try bait and switch this session.

I don't have more footage of this session but I have over 500 clips that I am currently going through. I'm keeping the failed runs as well as the successful ones as that will show what not to do. When I have a more detailed video I'll put it up.

One thing I will say though is the more I practice the better I get. This was quite early in my Dubsta career😂

Again, many thanks for the input.

Not a problem at all, we are all hear to perfect, if we haven't already, this method of obtaining these cars on every platform.

I asked about the same session because the moment you go in your garage it alters the game. To what degree, it varies whether it is single player or multiplayer. My experience and videos show that every time you go in your garage in multiplayer, you'd have to go back to the top of the hill to the 'Money Tree' and start the process over. I also know going multiple times into the garage it makes it more difficult to spawn each time afterwards. Getting consecutive spawns in single player whether it's Denial of Service, Chopper Tail, or Time To Get Away, has proven very difficult for my crew and I for years.

I heard of someone mention how the spawn points differ on pc than it does on console. My recommendation to you with it is, take your Dubsta to La Mesa and park it similar to the one in my solo spawn video and use the point in that video where I stopped on that line with my back tires as a reference and go closer and closerby each similar marking to see at what point they would spawn without any other other factors. Try to repeat that process in each of those missions, then in freemode, after you've found a legitimate spawn spot, then make a video chronicling it and make it a standard for PC users. Get others to see if it works on their pc's and BAM! You've developed a golden standard.

Link to my channel is here to reference whatever video you'd like.

I look forward to seeing your progression and hopefully that helps any and everyone hunting for that golden standard on PC. We've found all the sweet spots for you on other consoles.

Lastly I'd be a horrible crew leader if I did not give credit to my crew The Filthy Animal Crew for their continuous research in this. We have years of time amongst all of us trying to perfect this for you all.

For those interested in how to become a Filthy Animal, where this kind of stuff is a way of living, just check out the link and send me a msg on Rockstar. We can converse there. Good luck to you all here is my crew's Rockstar page. We do have minimum requirements but inquire in the link. Mahalo for your time!

I've hadn't the time to do much spawning the few last days (PC). But I found a video (unedited) of a player (not shure what platform) who used the mission "Chopper Tail". He got 3 Dubsta 2 in about 12 minutes at LSC Burton.

Had a short run with the same mission and the traffic pattern was completely different than Denial of Service and Time to get away. Much more traffic, all sorts of cars. And I drove around like a moron in my Dubsta 2 and managed to spawn at all three LSC locations. So I will dig more into this the coming few days (hopefully).

I don't have any video recording options but will try to take paper notes, including session type, mission, time start, time stop, notes about traffic pattern, confirmed spawns. Any other data worth collection? As mentioned above - the devil is in the details - and analyzis of uncut video is the way to go to discover new details (20 years ago the Norwegian soccer national team had a "nutty" professor, Mr. Olsen, as coach, and he had a team of video analyzists, studying all the "unimportant" details. The team ended up as one of the top ranked nations on FIFA's internation ranking - and the team even beat Brazil at their own game).

Have a nice weekend and bling on

If you're going to go full nerd on it (term meant as compliment), please note the routes you take to see which ones provides more spawns than not.

Had a interesting dubsta spawn some nights ago. Had one spawn at the lsc near lesters warehouse and drove it to my garage in Murrieta Heights, but when I was driving out on the bridge again there was already a new one at the same place when I looked down there. So I didn't need to drive out on the bridge/highway. Some of you have probably experienced this, but thought it was worth to mention. Also have a video of it if anyone wants to see

Yes, put the link to the video up. It's always good to see people's experiences. One of us may spot what was happening around that could have made it spawn.

Just a question, I may have missed something in the thread. Do we know for sure if ps4, xb1 and PC all have the same spawn criteria. Just thinking if any code anomalies between platforms affect spawning. Sorry if I'm being dumb.

Here`s the video. The first one spawned after +- 10 minutes, and had one or two more after the last one in the vid

It's the last spawn in the video I thought was interesting

Edit: added additional info.

Kenmy. The last spawn was quite interesting. I've hade a few similiar spawns. Own the garage Unit 2 right down the street from yours. And I've had a few spawns like this: I get one from the classic bridge method (it's a classic!). Drive to my Unit 2 garage to park it. Exit on foot and run by foot to the right. Highjack the second car coming. Sit in the car for 5-6 seconds. Then drive ahead towards LSC and - boom - a Dubsta 2. A few times it have happend, so I'll do some more work on this.

And the PC crew DUB2 have gotten its second member: mhumphreys63. I've invited a few Dubsta 2 people. Join us if you need help to get the nice Dubsta 2 on PC - and join if you want to help out other PC players.

What a nice little present. Why hold the camera away from the spawn location though? Don't you want to know asap instead of wasting rounds back and forth? Seeing and knowing ahead of time is a good thing. Don't shy your camera away from the spawns.

Edit: added additional info.

I commented on the link on YouTube but I wanted to point out again how different the traffic is and the affect it has on successful spawns. That was key in getting those 3-4 dubstas for him. If you try that in one of those other missions like TTGA or Chopper Tail it'll take a lot longer.

I've been experimenting with the other missions trying to find the lure in it but I simply think players just want to shave the time for the trucks and want it to be 'easy' so they choose those other missions.

Denial of service is status quote for farming dubstas and those others are simply for spawning them.
