Dubsta 2 (custom) spawn strategies

So i was spawning dubstas twice today for others. It works like 6-7 cars in a row but then the spawn fails. I am not exactly sure why. What we also noticed is that dubstas without any insurance fail to trigger that spawn method.

I'll be able to check it out today. I always spawn from a fully supped up Dubsta. Never from a uninsured one. Recommend using your insured one.

I think you misinterpreted what I was trying to say. I thought the other poster said that the Dubsta spawning method wouldn't work for him using an uninsured Dubsta, but I was showing an instance where we were (I believe) able to spawn Dubstas with a newly spawned Dubsta that didn't have insurance on it it. I'm sure it was possible to put insurance on the Dubsta after leaving the DoS mission, but I don't think it could have had insurance on it while were were spawining Dubstas with it, since AFIK, you have to enter LSC to put insurance on it, and I don't think LSC is available in missions.

Same here and when i hit the 5 mark it starts spawning other cars that i cant put in my garage due to the high value. I am also very new to this and just really getting my feet wet.......lol

That makes me feel really good that if they changed the game because I made an unlimited spawn! Lol that'd just be a notch under my belt.

Found a dubsta 2 up north somewhere by some rapids and little waterfalls. Theres a couple of little buildings, carpark and people in the water swimming and sat on jet skis Cant remember the exact location. anyway i was being chased in my dubsta by the police and some hoof-wan*ing-bungle-c#nt in a jet. Who by the way couldnt hit a cows butt with a banjo!!! Anyway, i only noticed the dubsta coz as the cops rammed me from behind, for the 20th time, it spawned right infront of me and i smashed into it, flipping over the top and landing upside down on my roof. Managed to get out my dubsta and was about to get the new gold one when the flaming cops ran me over and killed me!!! When i respawned i was halfway up a mountain and it was gone by the time i got my PV. Tried various things to get it back but nothing worked. (I was in passive by now as the jet was annoying me . Dunno if that changes anything)

I had noticed it was a sunday on gta when it first spawned and i think this may have something to do with it.

Earlier i had managed to spawn a few dubsta using the bridge method on TTGA (it was a friday gta time) . It took me an hour or so to get them to spawm for some reason. Then it just stopped. No matter what i did, nothing would spawn at all. Anywhere. After about an hour i gave up and went to freemode. Sold a dubsta got some armour etc.

Then i notoced it was sunday gta time. Time had still moved on even tho my clock had stopped at noon on the friday. This had me thinking that maybe they dont spawn in the city on sundays.

If i had an off road vehicle i wouldnt be stuck in the city with it on a sunday. I would be doing some serious off roading or something.

I think that the spawn points move at the weekends which could explain alot.

Anyway i decided to test it yesterday. I waited a couple of days until tuesday and the dubstas began to spawn in again like clock work. Bk to freemode. Waited until sunday morning. Tried again. And i couldnt get them to spawn at all. Now maybe ive just been unlucky and theres some other reason i couldnt get it to work. But a part of me thinks i might be on to something.

 

Can other people check and see if they can get similar results???? (It may of been a fluke but i think its worth a look).

Nice! There's a spawn point up in Paleto Bay for the customized Sabre, i wonder if other vehicles have started spawning there too?

A few days ago i spawned the dubsta for someone else who went to his garage somewhere up that hill above the eclipse tower. Basically where the dubsta used to spawn even without sitting in one. And he claimed that he just saw another dubsta2 spawn there. He couldnt get it (because he was still in that one which i spawned) and i was too far away to verify it. But maybe they still spawn there at a specific day/time? I tried it a few times but i couldnt get any to spawn. And for the day theory: i am also having troubles to spawn the dubsta with the bridge method. And sometimes the car spawn near by is completely different than on other sessions/days. So maybe this really is related somehow.

It may be that they changed the spawns with the latest patch/bugfixes, will have to take a run up to the old vinewood hills "moving" spawn point and check! Noticed in the NPC thread that someone had spawned the custom gauntlet in paleto bay so theres definitely been changes.

Did some research myself (regarding days) in combination with the bridge method:

Monday: Traffic = Lots of standard Dubstas which are very good to spawn Dubsta2s. Rarely any blue Dominators and only very few Comets.

Tuesday: Traffic = Lots of Imponte Phoenix. Spawn: A few custom Sabre Turbo + pretty good spawn of Dubsta2

Thursday: Traffic = Lots of Sabre Turbo. Spawn: Pretty much the same rate of Custom Sabre, Dubsta2 and Dominators.

Weekend: Traffic = Almost no Standard Dubstas or Sabre Turbos. Actually most of the cars are pretty "cheap". Maybe this is the reason why it is so difficult to spawn Dusbta2s during the weekend.

 

Can anyone verify these Traffic/Spawn observations?

Tried spawning some dubstas again today (sunday again gta time) couldnt get a single one. Kept getting imponte's in shades of blue that aint in LSC only worth 10 grand. My final spawn was imponte in black and yellow. Almost fully modded worth 14.5 grand. Changed the wheels to chrome ones and the value dropped to just 6 grand. Strange

In the tongva valley (route 11 i think) directly below the hidden cave on the tongva hills. Thers a building and a little carpark. Jet ski hire place i think. It spawned on the road

I went and found the location in the tongva vallwy today after failing many times on the bridge method (see ny post further up). Couldnt get any vehicle to spawn in this location at all. I for the life of me cant think what the trigger was to spawn it. Unless its cops, jet and dubsta. Im completly confuzzled by it.

 

Also confuzzled by your last response??? (Been awake playing gta way to long long) what do u mean by timetable?
