I'm experiencing it in my campaign right now. Managed to earn approximately 60 000 $ in one week (in game) as Franklin just by having the cab company, Smoke on the Water and the towing impound. It's not that bad i think. What i did is : tow cars, doing races ( one per day maximum so it don't get too gamey and boring) and robbing 2 armored trucks. I got lucky cause first one gave me like 7000 $, the second about 9000 $. So it's possible to grind in SP, and it definitely feels more rewarding to buy businesses or some cool cars, boats & stuff that way. It gets tedious sometimes but if you kinda stick to a weekly schedule you can do lot of money. Just dont watch how much money you made every 10 minute cause it's discouraging. Do it at the end of the week when the passive income fusion with the active income you just made. It feels great 😀

But i don't know about the golf club... how to buy it without some meta knowledge like exploiting Lester's missions ? 150 millions, really ? Seems impossible man

Out of curiosity i'il continue to grind as Franklin to see how rich he can get by hard work lol. I planned to give Hookies or Pitchers to Michael but everything in LS will go to Franklin. Except for the cinemas of course.

Curious obviously you are at the point of the game where all 3 characters are active, so if Franklin has bought Smoke on the Water, the Cab Company and Towyard; you've  already blown through all his Jewelry heist money.  In his typical week, how many property mission are you averaging?

There is only one mission per week (usually at the end of it) no matter how many properties the character has.

Meh it's still story mode. I still do story missions, play as Michael/Trevor, do side content or just mess around. Sometimes i don't do the grinding stuff at all cause i don't have the time. But i like that there is an "entrepreneur" side of things in the game. That's what Rockstar intented to do with all these businesses right ? But we all know it's half baked lol, that's why no one seem to care about properties. So maybe i'm just trying to milk every bit of fun from the game. As i said i find it more rewarding to buy stuff that way and the campaign has a longer life span.
