Kingramstone Posted February 10, 2003 Share Posted February 10, 2003 theres also a billboard east down the street from Robina's Cafe. you have to climb some stairs, jump down to a roof, climb some more stairs and walk across the roof. there is a sniper rifle on the roof and a hidden package on the billboard. I think tuff just wanted to point out that in order to get one of the packages you have to climb onto the side of a billboard... which didnt really NEED to be said.
