That and the fact that you find several hidden packages around those areas. If you're gonna post something related to sightings in Vice City, it should be a glitch, easter egg, etc. because I'm sure everyone has seen the normal game content. Do you think that every one who owns the game, is behind you ? ? The 1st thing you see when you get a heli @ Vercetti Estate is all the pools ! There is one other pool, on the same island & it has a crab on the bottom of it ! By the way All Easter eggs have been found,posted & forgotten about, so its totally piontless posting them again !
