archiehart
I ask for help from a respected community! First, I have updated Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010, and then make a backup pst files of two of its accounts and file (copied from a folder - c: \ Documents and Settings \ d1monmsu \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Microsoft \ Outlook \). Then safely remove Windows XP and format the partition C: \. Put a clean Windows XP, after opened .pst files via outlook, but recovered only mail. Tasks, diary, contacts (600-700 carefully sorted my contacts; - ((((), calendar - all gone, nothing has recovered (although restored a couple of remote tasks of the archive) Before reinstalling, I looked on the internet where your contacts Outlook and all sources claimed they were saved in the PST files. What did I do wrong and how am I going to restore contacts, journal, tasks, and calendar? Thanks in advance for your help!
