Disconnection In game and in Heists

Im having a bit of a dilemma in terms of my connection, in game i seem to be find and my response to the server seems to be ok although not great. My speedtest results are as shown here: http://www.speedtest.net/result/5007781708.pngbeing with a 4g company, the infamous vividwireless i have appalling ping and very inconsistent connection strengths - upload is also shocking. In game of will fairly often just lose connection or get kicked into a private session i.e. everyone leaving the server. Although this is likely one of the effects of the problem my main issue is that heists are almost unplayable. I'd say i am able to play 5% of heists i am invited to without getting kicked at the start (as the people walk out of the apartment to start setup or heist) and if i host them i also have some issues but can sometimes play, this is the same with missions, challenges, etc. am switching to a wired iinet isp soon but for now i'd like to know why this is happening? any ideas? P.S. It has nothing to do with network drivers as these are up to date and have made sure nothing is wrong on my pc relating to the issue, as well as the computer being fairly new there is a slim chance of it being an issue on my physical end.
