How do i add a new texture to .ydd file?

Hi so I'm trying to add another Skirt for the model Tracey De Santa and I've got the textures for the new skirt in the .YTD file but I can't get the .YDD file to use that .YTD textures :(

 

I just basically copied the .YDD and renamed it xD and i'm trying to replace the old texture it's using with the new one i have in that .YTD file

I'm completely new to modding so... :D
