Crew colours are primarily black (usually players wearing military style gear) and red. Cars would have a red secondary colour or have the red crew badge (below) on the car. This is not a requirement (The crew will be quite laid back) but it does look cool if everyone has it.

 

I'm looking to really promote and build up and we're just starting off so if you'd like promotions now is the time to join.
