The moonbeam and minivan carry 4 as well as the gang burrito. The only ones that don't carry 4 are the surfer and youga.

Well for the Youga it makes sense since its supposed to be modified into a Dajiban.

The BF Surfer being only a 2 seater is stupid though. That thing should carry up to 6 players.

A little note regarding the Moonbeam: Even though it looks like a van and behaves like a van, some retard at Rockstar classified it as a muscle, so it technically isn't one.

Another note: The Bison is classified as a van and seats more than two, but isn't actually a van.

Both the Bison and the Bobcat XL were classed as vans for technical reasons. IIRC I read that when GTA V was released the only way to make a vehicle seat more than 4 passengers was to class it as a Van (or Utility). Rockstar went the cheap way and decided to put them in the Vans class.

 

As I said, this is something that I read. I don't really know if it's true but it fits in the topic.

Almost every van seats 4... My guess is your new and looked at doors rather than number and said "well the van only has 2 side doors which means 2 seats" On the various vehicle websites there is a little number that says how many people it fits. But either way the average van that spawns on the street carry's 4.

You can get all of them except the Burrito I think. You can't customize the Rumpo nor the Speedo without mod menus tho.

Because someone at rockstar doesn't know how classes work, other examples are: coquette Blackfin, blista compact, slamvan
