Humane Raid - Insurgents bug?

I was doing Humane Raid - Insurgents and when you get close to the drop off site you have to take out merryweather which we did but the drop off zone wouldn't come up it just said take out merryweather even when there was none we drove around for about 10 minutes with that message and without seeing any merryweather. Is this a bug or did we do something wrong?

I'm thinking it's just a bug. Just try the setup again and it should hopefully/probably work. What system is this on?

I think the chance to get this glitch, is less then the chance we get A Christmas Carol movie with James Woods playing as Scrooge.

Total drag! Haven't experienced this one. Perhaps some Merryweather may have landed in a ditch and got stuck? They may not show up on your radar unless their really close. I have seen this happen in Pacific Standard - Convoy. Sometimes a Merryweather jeep will wipe out, get stuck but remain alive.
