Can't Progress Further

No more missions are showing up for either of the characters. The only marker that shows up is a B icon. Whenever I go as Franklin it says to bring Michael or Trevor, however when I go as them, The mission doesn't start and if either of them meet Franklin, they part ways saying that the got things to do. I have tried calling all my contacts in all three characters to see if I have any leftover missions, but to no avail. P.S this happens during Michael and trevor's exile from the city. Thanks in advance
