Do you guys think rockstar woud ever start releasing exclusive twitch t-shirts ?

 

Kinda woud be a good idea for their buisness...

 

I mean...between all the butt hurt it actualy seemed a lot of people went watching those livestreams specificly for the t-shirts.

 

Now imagen if they woud like just take those stock cars from single player and give them to people trough twitch...or just put some livery on a populair hipster car like the sultan or tailgater...i think it woud realy work out exelent :)

They already do it with exclusive T-shirts via the tshirt canon so why not cars. I've won 3 of them so far & all they do is add it to your account. It would have to be via peggy though as people may not have space in their garages & that would stop people duping them.

I really wish it went like this: Watch the stream, display a download code or something, make the download available for only like an hour or two after the broadcast ends to somewhat retain its exclusivity.

 

That's not ideal, I know, but since they have such a hard-on for so few people having these, it's sounds way more reasonable than what's going on now.

 

The stream's set-up as a whole is stupid as hell though. Why? Look, I watch of ton of TV shows, and I love watching GTA videos, but not in the middle of the damn day on like a Tuesday. You serious? People have lives.

 

I love Rockstar. I'd gladly support their Twitch channel by watching their streams, and could see myself looking forward to it like any other show I enjoy, but only if it was a set time every week, like any normal show.

 

Also, if I didn't have to see the ridiculously depressing look-into-our-future that is the ADD filled child spam chat, that'd be great.

Unlike T-Shirts that nobody cares about, livery customization (or customization in general) for cars is severely lacking and often requested by the playerbase, and you suggest that R* put their effort to make some only to lock it from the vast majority of players.

 

Sorry, this is the dumbest thing I've seen on GTAF, and I've seen some really dumb "balancing" discussions, glitch/cheat arguments and shameless fanboyism. But yes, you got the crown, at least for now. Congratulations.

But not everyone woud...i realy think their livestream views woud skyrocket.their livestream view skyrocketed to close to 10k viewers the first time they did the twitch thing, the viewership when back to normal(700-900)the next week after people realized that it was pure bullsh*t.

 

samething would happen with cars or whatever they release via twitch.

He is 100% correct though. Yes, some random people do win, but more often than not, the winners are just Rockstar's buddies from livestreams and twitter, and that includes me. I have won shirts just because they know me. How do I know you ask? The first time I won a shirt, I did not enter the raffle at all, nor was I even watching the stream when they did it. But I was chatting with Rockstar the entire time I watched prior to leaving early. They gave me a shirt. I was like the second person on the list of winners.

 

Look at the list of winners next time.

I barely even watch streams anymore. I used to watch streams A LOT this summer, but after I started school I kinda got bored of the same people doing the same things on different games, giving away stuff that only the same no-life fat-stards who donate hundreds of dollars win. Rockstar is no different, in fact it's even worse.

The twitch thing was an incredibly stupid decision. I tried multiple times, and eventually said f*ck it. Hopefully they'll release these to the public later.

Also stock cars IMO suck, Why? Because its a lazy ass attempt to add Hotring racers without having to make new vehicle models.
