No call from Simeon --> cannot by houses

Hello,

 

i finished all Lamar missions but got no call from Simeon to buy houses.

 

I decided to start the lamar missions again, but after i finished them again, i still got no call.

 

Do i need to do something else to get the call?

You have to be a certian level. What level are you?

Im currently at Level 36

 

I remember to that i have modded a car for free and did an ensurance. But i don't remember to got the car from him.

Yes i have him in my list, but i'm not alloed to call him, there is a lock where i should call him him for a job.

 

I'm still not able to buy garages or other stuff. When i try to do that, i get told that i need to wait hir his call :-(

Start a 2nd character and play on that one and see if you get the call on that one

now everything gone very fast.

 

I wrote to GTA online support. And told them i didn't get the call,

 

2h ago i got a message that ihm now allowed to own 5 apartments and now i got the call.

 

Maybe it was just a bug in my session which needed to be fixed by Rockstar

i del cache memory and I re-sign into rockstar launcher and nothing plese help me (I am lvl 20)

So, I don't know why you're doing the Lamar missions. Are you a new character? Do you have a personal vehicle gifted from Simeon?

So how do you get him to let you mod and insure a vehicle? Is it something that is triggered within the game?
