Yozora
What missions are possible to miss and what should i be aware of?
DEALUX
Try to do the side missions first (especially Paramedic). You might need to access the other (locked) islands early in the game to do that. This is one of the easiest methods to gain access to locked areas: If I recall correctly, in order to avoid losing the ability to pass certain main\story missions you have to play the missions in the order they appear to you (e.g. first is Luigi's missions, then Joey, Toni, Salvatore, etc). Here's a 100% checklist and the stuff you can miss: http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/100%25_Completion_in_GTA_III Yozora 1 The Audiophile Thread XB271HU | TESORO Gram XS | Xtrfy MZ1 | Xbox Elite v2 | Hifiman Sundara | Fiio K9 Pro i7 4790K 4.4 GHz | GTX 1080 Ti | 32 GB Crucial DDR3 | ADATA 256GB | Samsung 860 PRO 2TB Xbox | Xbox 360 | Xbox Series X | PS2 | PS3 | Google Pixel 6 Pro

DEALUX
Well, if you are on PC, this method I found might be easier: Edited January 17, 2016 by Kristian. Yozora
Seems like a glitch but is the no clip part of PC only? Im on PS4 btw First vid was very helpful thanks again!
DEALUX
It's a PC only glitch. It doesn't work on consoles, at least not without game breaking bugs. Do not attempt to use it on PS4. unopescio
Yeah while paramedic can be done on Staunton with difficulty (ive done it more than once) Its painful and about 2x as hard simply because of the size of the island, the Columbians around the construction site and those f*cking stairs you have to go up and down as the hospital. Now passing it on Shoreside, theres a challenge.
Lethal Vaccine
If you mean the use of the Crusher Glitch to make the Ambulance into a Ghost......It DEFINITELY is possible on Console. You can do this on PS2, Xbox, and PC. You can use the Crusher Glitch in Android and iOS, too, but it's not as easy to use and requires special conditions for it to work, unlike how it works on PS2, Xbox, and PC with ease, at anytime during the game with the use of the Taxi Glitch and getting a passenger into the front seat of your desired Vehicle. Personally? I don't like to use the Crusher Glitch to make the Ambulance a Ghost. Some say it's easier, but I personally don't find it easier, and I prefer to just do it the normal way in Portland, after Luigi's Girls before any other Story Missions. I also like to achieve 52% game completion before any other Story Mission in the game as well...
DEALUX
I thought we discussed this. I remember using the side mission trigger button can disable both the "Taxi Driver" mission and the "Paramedic" one or have radar blips permanently stuck on your radar. In other words, it can really f*ck up your game. If you do the crusher glitch without the Taxi mission that should work in theory. Are you using Misty? I think I tried that and it doesn't work. Yozora
Still in portland with one story mission done. Level 12 paramedic 20 vigilante, firetruck, 100Taxi 25 hidden packages 4 rampages complete with no fails. My save so far Also am missing the dodo, bus, and securi van for the list I thought we discussed this. Lethal Vaccine
@Kristian, sure, we discussed this...In the past. But it's already been proven that you can make this work on Console as well and make Emergency Vehicles DP. fnxrak discovered it and wrote about it a few months ago in the Special Vehicle Guide for III... In the beginning on Mobile, you can use Misty to make the EC Teal Kuruma converted to DP form. You actually HAVE to use Misty in Luigi's Girls for that to happen so early in the game since only Mission Scripted Passengers sitting in the front seat will work to make a Vehicle DP in the Mobile Version since no Taxi Glitch exists like it does on every other Console. Luckily, the Crusher works for LCS Mobile, like it does for PSP and PS2. @DreamTraveler, yeah, I just do it the old fashion way, too. When it comes to 100 Taxi Fares, though, I like using a DP Taxi and do all 100 in a row without Pay and Spray lol
Mr.ClaudeFan
Not sure if you're aware of this, but make sure you finish all of Kenji Kasen's missions before you get the mission "Waka-Gashira Wipeout!" from Donald Love. I usually find the Securicar driving around the football stadium in Aspatria, Staunton Island. The Bus can also be found driving around there sometimes. SAVE AFTER EVERY MISSION/RAMPAGE/EVERY 10 HIDDEN PACKAGES YOU COLLECT. that's probably the most useful tip i have. Yozora
Lethal Vaccine
The Securicar, Bus, Flatbed and such can be found in Portland, too, but it's Rare. Mr. Whoopee is Rare, too, but you can get it from Vigilante and Firefighter if you want, as well as the Blista, and other Vehicles that might only spawn in SI and SSV. I usually just complete a 52% Starter Save with only Give Me Liberty and Luigi's Girls complete and ALL Side Missions, Hidden Packages, Rampages, and Stunt Jumps in the entire game before continuing with the Story. Makes life a lot easier and a lot of fun, actually. I personally don't like to save after every little thing and try to give a challenge and do as much as I can without saving. I mean, if something tricky comes up, I damn sure will save before attempting it, but easy stuff in the beginning of the game, or things like Hidden Packages, I do the whole lot and then save. Rampages...Well, that's a different story. I do about 3 or 4, sometimes 5 and then save. A handful of them do take a handful of tries, though. III's awesome, though. It's short, sweet, and to the point. One of the best in the Series for sure.

Yeah i collected as much as i could remember from.my ps2 days and then I saved 8) I collected 25 hidden packages before i used a guide map. I currently have only done 2 or 3 luigi missions so am limited to 33 before Staunton. Unfortunately i believe that 2(portland subway & that rock out in the water) are inaccessible until I get to Staunton. Uhh, I've done 5 rampages and know of a sixth location. Pretty much trying to get all of the side activities out of the way as I open each island. GTA 3 was a very innovative game at the time and now it feels so small and squished together it's still.of course awesome. Really enjoying the nostalgia! Mr.ClaudeFan
Do i have to do vigilante, paramedic, and fire rescue on each island? You have to put out 20 fires and catch 20 criminals on each island. You don't have to do Paramedic on each island, but it's best if you do it on Portland before the Mafia and the Triads become hostile to you. It doesn't sound bad, but the Triads' pistols and the Mafia's shotguns (after Sayonara Salvatore) can really take a toll on the Ambulance, and you probably won't get very far if you choose to do it after Sayonara Salvatore. Lethal Vaccine
You do all 100/100 Hidden Packages early if you know what you're doing Like every GTA, I complete a FULL Starter Save. Not just what can be done on one Island in which is open, I go to SI and SSV early and do everything there, as well...Right after Luigi's Girls before any other Story Mission. Lethal Vaccine
Uh....Ever hear of a Boat parked at the Staunton Island Docks? Or how about the Shoreside Vale Airport? Or if you have the skills, the Dodo at the Airport can also get you back to Portland...In fact you need the Dodo to get 1 of the 100 Hidden Packages early, since the Shoreside Vale Lift Bridge is raised and doesn't go down. So you need to fly the Dodo up there to get it early. You really think I would kill myself to get back to Portland? Of course not. All my Saves and Starter Saves have 0 Deaths/Busted/Cheats/Missions Failed and basically all Special Vehicles. Bottom line is, I know what I am talking about. You don't need to kill yourself. You just take a Boat and drive it back to Portland. That simple. Edited January 26, 2016 by Militia

GTAKid667
In a row?No, you do not have to complete the 20 Required Fires or 20 Required Criminals for each island in a row, as long as you do 20 in total. Paramedic must be completed to Level 12 all in one go though, but doesn't need to be done on each island as said above.
