just ask them to bump you to tier 2 support since tier 1 cant do sh*t

f*ck that ask for tier 3 those guys know how to run the show, tier 4 is only for severe networking issues

I noticed that these guys were'Tier 1'... But what are they for? And how could/should I request another tier?

Don't use the online support - you may as well blend your underwear and drink it, as it will get you closer to getting your car back than they can.

 

Phone them and speak to a real person that knows what they're doing and it'll be sorted. There aren't words to describe how insultingly poor their online support is.

last week after i somehow lost my turismo r after garaging a hearse, i first thought mybe it was left outside my apartment but wasn't i even checked the impound lot but it wasn't there.

so i submitted a ticket to rockstar support and gave them the info they needed and a day later they gave me $600.000 to replace my car.

i guess Tier 1 they are just a call center in a 3rd world country and dont even know what GTA is... all they do is copy past replys.

 

when they say they cant acess player purchase logs maybe they are right bcuz they dont work there, so they are technically not lying.

That's good news, but you were very lucky - that is rare. The vast majority of the time you get a stock response they copied and pasted and it says something about not being able to confirm anything. If you reopen the ticket or pursue it further, you get the same response repeatedly. Online support is purely there as a buffer - not to actually help.

If the tier 1 support people Slax_Vice86 got are as dumb as they sound, then they probably won't acknowledge that request,

 

On my most recent support ticket, the tier 1 support person I ended up with (Cooper P.) was of no use in solving the problem and when I requested four times for them to upgrade the support ticket to tier 2 and all four times he completely ignored that request and gave me the same copy and paste response and marked it solved three times and on the fourth time he marked the ticket as solved without even responding. So at least some of the idiots that work on tier 1 support are so stupid they won't listen and upgrade the tickets to tier 2 when requested.

I think it is fair to say when you are requesting money from R* they will not give it out willingly and also depends who is dealing with the ticket
