[HELP] CLEO not working on Android 5.1.1?!

Hey guys, i want to install Cleo for my gta san andreas , but when i want to click install it always said "Module Write failed (0) " or something like that. How to fix this? Im using Gta San Andreas V1.08 , My device is Galaxy Note 2 Running Custom ROM Cyanogenmod 12.1 Android 5.1.1 , thanks for reply!
