Homemade Dynamite Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 This update gives you a new mode, new animation, new gang-themed weapons, and vehicles to the players of Los Santos. Also, updates to both Radio Los Santos and West Coast Classics, so you'll have new tunes to perform drive bys to. Weapons MAC-10 Price: $2500 No drive by is complete without this and a Tec-9 by your side. Five-seveN Price: $4000 Also known as the "cop killer", this sidearm will do you good when chased by the po-po. Riot Shotgun Price: $10,000 This shotgun with do you good against rival gangs, and the police. Vehicles Declasse Savanna $6,000 southernsanandreassuperautos.com An old favorite of the Families, drive this around the hood with pride. Willard Willard $3,000 southersanandreassuperautos.com The working class car of choice. Also the perfect car for not look conspicuous as you do less-than-legal things. Declasse Navarro $15,000 southernsanandreassuperautos.com This should make the others on the street green with envy, and if they're Ballas, expect some hostile resistance. Roman Crusader Price: $750,000 legendarymotorsport.net This bad boy will make the other gang sh*t themselves in fear as you open fire on them. Vapid Dominator '69 Price: $100,000 southernsanandreassuperautos.com Nothing like some good old American muscle as you drive by, or "drive by" if you know what I mean. Sh*tzu Alkaline Price: $80,000 southersanandreassuperautos The successor to the NRG, this speedbike will provide the perfect getaway after shooting up some fools on the street. Animation You can now set your character to hold your handgun "gangsta" style. Not very practical, but badass. Families vs. Ballas This new mode pits the players against each other under the banner of the Families and the Ballas. This rivalry dates back decades, and spans entire universes. Now you will honor that tradition and fight to the death. While it's true that the gangs are primarily male and African-American, here the gangs are equal-opportunity bangers. Wear your colors with pride, and try not to get them too red. This mode plays like a hybrid of team deathmatch, all-for-one, and LTS. Each team has an OG, and as long as the OG is alive the team members can respawn. However, if the OG is killed, then the spawns for that team stop and everyone on the team only has one life. Naturally, your goal is to both keep your OG alive and to rack up as many kills as possible, and to try to take out the rival OG. Whoever scores the most points by the end wins, or alternatively whichever team still has living members by the end is declared the victor. Oh, no small spaces here. Gang wars don't care about pesky little things like "limits" and "safety". The entire city of Los Santos is a battlefield. Radio Stations Several radio stations in LS are updated with new tracks, to give you that feel as you wreak havoc across the city. Also, to manage all of the new tracks, an option will be added to which you want to here -- "Last Gen, "Next-Gen", "Updates", each being a button you can turn on and off at will. They turned the Blade into a 60s drag racer, so we're severely lacking in big ass 70s and 80s sedans. The Impala would make a nice addition. So would the return of the classic Greenwood or the Willard. Right now a $750,000 tank on wheels doesn't scream 'hood' to me. About the Crusader, I was thinking about it as "the powerful gang leader on top", who got himself one of those things as a status symbol. So far the selection looks like something out of the Heist update, an armored truck and a superbike, not really the first things that come to mind when people think of gangbanging. I know they can't get the cars to look exactly like their real life counterparts, but still I'd like to see something a little closer with the lights.
