XenoxX
Ubistar cares about easy money, they don't wanna work hard to finish the cheaters off because this won't bring them any shark card money. Yep, you just forwarded a logical fallacy...
Seedy
.. R* even earned BILLIONS from two years back from the release of GTA V. What more do they want, make trillions of dollars from Shark Cards being bought endlessly? Their level of greed are starting to show IMO. How much do you think they should be earning then to not be as you are implying, greedy? the more money they make, the better the game will get. If you dont understand that then you simply dont understand basic business and as you dont understand this your post is completely pointless. Another typical online rant from a clueless, faceless bedroom critic. Edited February 18, 2016 by Seedy XenoxX
Sveittjpong
the more money they make, the better the game will get. For sure, milking of cash and great gameplay always go hand in hand, dont they?! Idiot. Then you follow up with your post is completely pointless. DentureDynamite
so ... hackers are back now. Encountered them all weekend. Its still not as bad as it was, but I expect it to only be a matter of time until we are back to invite only sessions to avoid the rampant spawning of items and so on like before ... One godmode hacker who was harassing us was mocking us for reporting him. He said the last six times he has been reported and nothing has happened. So, I guess they stopped caring about hacking again? Yeah, script kiddies are back. *sigh* Had a douche teleport right on top of me last night trying to kill me before I delivered the briefcase in Hostile Takeover. Thankfully, he failed.Sad, because for the last few weeks or so, public sessions have actually been "normal" and playable. 8-O Back to Invite-Only sessions for VIP Work (and anything requiring a measure of fairness and sanity). I will say this though--it appears that R* finally(!) figured out how to auto-restore the golf club, crow bar, and baseball bat after a script kiddie wipes out all your weapons (i.e. exiting to Story Mode then back to Online). Good thing too; I was getting very weary of having to launch a Cypress Flats LTS job every time they got zapped ... and now the Gusenberg Sweeper is a permanent, 100% legit part of my weapon wheel. BlaringFiddle
hackers havent done anything like what they used to do so far in sessions i've been in. So far they have only been in god mode / spawn vehicles they can use ... no other shenanigans ... so far... That said - i don't hang out in freemode to much because the ammo cost is ridiculous from a night of killing and no pay... Gerald531
If Rockstar will not bring something big to Gta 5 / Online the game will lose many players. But Rockstar isn´t doing sh*t about it. Just look at the playercount on steamcharts . About a month ago / about 47 k vs now / about 25 k . But Rockstar isnt doing sh*t. Just an example: New glitched outfit / imedatly got patched after about 3 days Min. 1 hacker per lobby / stealing money/ killing everyone/ destroying the experience/ droping money on players which are getting banned and so on How Rockstar is probably thinking : What to fix / Hackers destroyng Gta 5 Online / New glitched clothing. GUYS BETTER FIX THE CLOTHING / WHY NOT!? Pls write down what you think about gajrajgchouhan and 78 lil red express
BlaringFiddle
the glitched clothing is probably easier to fix ... detecting people attempting to circumvent your security is hard (especially since they have already had several back and forth salvos). GUYS BETTER FIX THE CLOTHING / WHY NOT!? Pls write down what you think about Rockstar is constantly forwarding security patches, however it is not in fact, as easy as it sounds. Its a constant back and forth between Rockstar and the hackers basicly a wishious circle. That is why there are periods without any, or with less hackers and there are periods with a lot of hackers, it will never stop completely but Rockstar can, and is currently limiting the damage to the minimum. If you ask what my solution would be: I think hackers are out of the developers range at this day and age, every major PC game is riddled with hackers and there is ALLWAYS a working hack, doesn't matter if its CSGO, GTA V or Rainbow Six Siege. In my honest opinion US and EU government should update their laws and enforcement methods to bring people breaking security of other systems to justice, hacking and reverse engineering is illegal after all, and in my opinion it should be just as hardly punished as an armed robbery since the intent is just as(or in some cases even MORE) malicious. I don't think the action is important but the intent, but anyway its a rather philisophical view on things which cannot be executed by a system as we have in RealLife.
