Best Car For The Price, Over $50k?

Armored Kuruma if you play heists or contact missions.

It is horrible to drive, is borderline useless in free roam (people will just explode you anyway), and is not particularly fast, but it will pay for itself.

I tested your theory 3-4 times.

Each time I managed to get over 15-20 kills before someone exploded me...not bad

I vote for the Banshee too. Was pleasantly surprised by its handling for the price. Decent in terms of speed as well.

will agree with the OP on the Carbonizzare and will also throw in the Comet. both are pretty good for what they are worth, but i am surprised no one has said anything about the Felon (4door). true, the customizing options are limited on it, but the looks and performance are pretty damn good for the cost imo. :beerhat:

Most will hate but the Zentorno is the answer. It's a beast is super car races which is the class that is always picked. And it's such a beast in free roam with its bullet proof back that it's cause salty tears of buthurt all across GTA land.

The Massacro. In either guise. Actually, for a mil, you can buy both.

Yup! I have a Jester RC fully upgraded and I had a Zentorno...kept the Jester :)

My first "expensive" car when I started making money was the Carbonizarre, but I like driving my Banshee more just because it really is more fun to drive. I can kick the back end out with a little bit of power oversteer whenever I want and I love it.

Obey 9f, it has very respectable acceleration and top speed whilst keeping very neat handling at the same time. I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet, it has to be one of the most underrated sports cars in the game.

The 9F is pretty fast in straightaways but similar to the Carbonizzare, it can sometimes spin out when taking turns. But nonetheless, I still kept it for its looks and its speed. If only they change the regular 9F's engine sound I'd get it but I'm staying with the Cabrio.

It's true. Science shows us that 102% of people who own a Zentorno are squeaker white trash but it's probably the best car for the price. I still lean Infernus though because it's almost a Zentorno and half the price.

the Warrener (120k) is pretty great, its like a futo thats a bit more manageable with 2 extra seats, and the pigalle (400K) looks great, its fast and it handles well

I'm also surprised that nobody has mentioned the Rapid GT, for several reasons; it's not very expensive of course, and has tremendous acceleration but I think the handling is 98% similar to the Massacro after you put off-road tires on it. Is this just me?

The Rapid GT is actually a little expensive as far as sports cars go, it's almost 50% more than a Coquette, which probably packs more per dollar punch. Plus there's no way in hell I'm putting off-road tires on any sports car, I'd rather lose.

I'd go with the shafter v12 it smokes a t20 in top speed

Good post. I strongly agree.

I love my Rapid GT convertible! I had a 9f also convertible and I find the handling is nicer on the GT...not meaning it handles better but it's just more progressive, less snappy. A fully modded GT is quite fast in the city!

Yes and there's nothing like having a huge sedan drift :)

i call bullsh*t on the handling, to me its like the comet, a slidey piece of sh*t, reminiscent of the GTA IV driving mechanics lol

Schafter V12 is the best value car imo, super car speed with a cost of less than 400k fully decked out, it's a home run!

Doctor Dollars

Depends really on the situation. The Armored Kuruma is a must have for grinding missions especially base invaders. I won all my races in the Elegy RH8, I wish rockstar didn't make it free so it would be appreciated more (I don't know if they updated it to where you have to win in each car class to unlock car parts but I unlocked them all with only sports back in 2013). For roaming around free mode, I use the Insurgent because it's pretty beefy against explosives and costs like $16,000 to insure. If I had to pick one car to keep out of my 50, I would have to go with the Armored Kuruma. Don't get me wrong though, I hate that car as much as everybody else. My personal favorite car in the game is the Dubsta 2.

well it all depends on a persons driving style. some people can only handle vehicles with lots of grip, while others prefer a slidey vehicle. both can do well, but if it doesn't fit your driving style then it only makes sense to consider it as a bad vehicle.
