Can you sell the house or just trade?

Some posts here are making my mind a little dizzy.

 

We can trade the houses, but can we sell it?

 

I bought the 800k stilt house last month, but now i want my money back

 

My question is, if i trade this house for the most cheap one, i get back half of the price or the 800k - the price of other house? Or can i sell it without trading?

The trade-in value of a house is half it's purchase price. If you bought a 25k 2-car garage to replace your 800k house, you'd net $375k. I don't know of any way to outright sell properties.

All you can do is trade properties in as far as I know.

Id probably sell my yacht right now if we were able too.
