In-game saturation

I've noticed this for a while, sometimes during the day, the saturation gets a much higher than usual. I notice it most when using the phone, it makes most of the details disappear (e.g the lines that are usually under each contact). Whites are also unusually bright. Please note, it's not my TV or PS4 I've noticed it on 4 different televisions, and 2 different PS4's. It's not really an issue, but it is a bit of an eyesore.

It's called light adaptation.

It looks weird though, there's a certain time of day where it just looks completely over saturated. Inside of a 10 car garage is just as bad.

I always have my tv saturation at 45/100

I've never had the issue. However I don't have much time to play and have maybe 20 hours logged into GTA on my PS4.

I've noticed this for sometime, it wasn't like that on launch. I believe it's a CG issue. It's worse on a bright day while in snow.

 

There should be no adaptive lighting on the cellphone for it's not a 3d object like in SP, it's flat and should always have a constant value.
