Adding to your excellent military D2 post, I'm hoping there will be an off-road themed update that can make the D2 and other SUV/trucks more rugged. Add a hopeful armor/military upgrade options and that'll be amazing.

Why does everyone have a huge boner over such a sh*tty vehicle? Id seriously rather take the merryweather version of the mesa offroading than a dubsta, and the mesa is a piece of sh*t offroad lol...

The IRL counterpart is not a vehicle you use for offroad, and neither is the in-game version.

 

It's a cool looking vehicle (well, people have different opinions), and that's why people like it. It's not meant to be the best in it's class unlike the Insurgent or T20. It's an alternative way of transportation for people who choose their car over looks rather than performance.

If you're talking about the G-Wagen then that'd be news to all the militaries who use them, or the Austrian arms firm that actually makes them...

 

If you mean the Brabus/AMG versions then you should see what the Saudis get up to in theirs. And that 6-wheel variant isn't just for extra strippers...
