Quick Job Connection Error

Every time I try to join a quick job my screen glitches and my character starts falling through the graphics. My game then either freezes on a loading screen or an error message pops up and I am taken back to single player.

 

I have played GTA online since its release and never come across this. It also happens on both my characters.

 

Is there a solution?

If you mean "Failed to Join Job or Activity" or "Unable to Connect Session", you have to dashboard and restart the game.This problem is created by rockstar,you have nothing to do with this.They ruined whole Quick Job thing.Stupid on call hosts,terrible matchmaking and these problems...

It either throws me back into GTA V (offline) or it freezes and I have to dashboard. I've never had this problem in over 2 years. It's only just started happening in the past 2 days. How can I stop this?

I am having a similar issue, when I attempt to join online contact missions through the phone my HUD goes away and it basically makes everything disappear on the map and I have to close GTA V then start it up again
